Well where do we start …
- No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites.
- No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower
- Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on)

Beautiful stay with my boyfriend! The staff really make the time for you and are so lovely. Everything about our stay was great, couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! Would definitely recommend if staying in maga as it’s not too far from the ***** but away from the noise. Also the frozen mango daiquiris were incred thankyou guys xxx

We stayed here end of May for 4 nights. This was our second time here and we loved it as much as the first time. All areas of the hotel are modern and clean, including our room which was a premium suite. The manager Enrique was very helpful throughout our stay, resolving any issues straight away. A special mention to Antonio, what can I say, an amazing guy! Really friendly and the place would not be the same without him. Would 100% recommend staying here, and we can’t wait to come back next year for a week this time!

What a fantastic hotel everything from start to finish was amazing staff was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you we definitely will return pool was rocking and rooms are very trendy they just need to open the bar till later that’s was the only problem

Travelled us a group of 8. Rooms were ready on arrival and check in process was quick. The whole place if very clean and staff attentive & friendly, especially Antonio and the lifeguard (whose name I can't remember). We really enjoyed the food, salads are fabulous! I would definitely recommend, thank you all for the great service we received.

had an amazing time staff very helpful pool great bar staff great as were all the staff rooms comfy food in resaurant was lovely had a few meals all were good breakfast was lovely nice choice not expensive. the hotel is up a hill but taxis very cheap would recommend staying here Enrique and Antonio were wonderful staff

Just come back after a stag do of 10 lads. Great vibe around the pool with banging tunes and cocktails at the ready. Hotel was very clean and has a funky modern look to it. This is definitely the place to be for groups looking to have a great time by the pool before hitting the *****. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and loved to interact with guests around the pool, which added to the whole experience and made it more fun. SONIA the sales and marketing manager has to have a massive shout out. She was amazing in helping me with issues with my group, via email. Which made the whole process a lot easier than expected. She even made sure the hen party(stayed week before) had a great time too. All in all I would definitely come back here, either with a group of lads or couples 100%

Absolutely amazing, hotel staff so friendly, rooms were stunning. The food was gorgeous and great value. A little slow on the drinks by the pool bar but other than that I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Massive thank you to Sonia, she was amazing with answering any questions leading up to the holiday and just as amazing when we got there!
