Cooks Club Calvia Beach - Adults Only

Easy check in. Perfect location. Wonderful views from the sea facing rooms. Very close to Magalluf ***** but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants of Palmanova. Bit of a steep hill in front of the hotel, but manageable if mobile. Food and drinks in the hotel of good quality and reasonably priced. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ian, the manager, who makes a point of speaking with every resident during the day, around the poolside. Resident DJ plays chilled tunes all day beside the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults of all ages, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you.

Great hotel, good location, short walk to beach with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Near boat rentals and white sandy beach.

Do not expect the vibe feel. There is absolutely no DJ or even the slightest bit of background music (which would have been nice)and no explanation as to why!! Even though there is huge speakers everywhere? When I asked at reception the said the dj mixing deck was waiting repair? However: we would definitely come back. The place is spotless. The rooms comfortable. Food in hotel is delicious. Sunbeds ultra comfy and plenty of them. The pool is slightly heated and it’s perfect. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Safe about €9 per day (expensive)also €10 euro cash refundable deposit. Pool towels €10 refundable euro cash deposit each and €1 each every time you want a clean one. Hardly no toiletries supplied in rooms two soap dispensers so ladies bring your own. Lots and lots of stairs and on a steep high to walk up. 5mins to Palma Nova sea front and 5mins other way to Magaluf. I would say sort some music out and this place would be perfect.

We stayed a week at Cook’s Club and could not recommend enough. The age range was very mixed, we were 22 however there were couples in their 60s at the hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean and very modern, couldn’t fault the room in anyway (505). Our room was cleaned everyday we needed it to be, fresh towels everyday. The WiFi was great worked really well anywhere in the hotel and at the pool. Advertising for the hotel was slightly misleading as it is extremely quiet, there is no music despite there being lots of speakers around the pool. Lifeguard there everyday. Some people did play their own music on a speaker. The food was definitely a highlight for us, we were half board and had €18 each day to spend on food or drinks, breakfast was included and didn’t come out of this money. The range of food was amazing there was everything, breakfast was a buffet which finished at 10:30 and for dinner/evening meal the restaurant was open from 12-22:30. You ordered from the menu and everything was freshly made. We saved so much money on food by doing half board, the €18 was enough for a meal and a soft drink a day. The staff were minimal due to the size of the hotel however really friendly and attentive. There was no rush to go and get a sunbed in a morning, we would go down and have breakfast then would get a sunbed, only slight moan would be there wasn’t enough parasols if you’re someone who would want shade at some point throughout the day. You can hire towels for €10 deposit each and €1 a time if you want to change them. The hotel was about a 2 minute walk from the ***** either going up or down the hill. However we did not hear any noise or anything coming from the *****. About 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes into Palmanova. There was a shop just outside the hotel which was really handy too. Overall, we had an amazing holiday here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to anyone.

This hotel was beautiful! Brilliant staff, They were friendly, welcoming and respectful. The Hotel rooms were clean with lovely towels and the views were unmatched from our room. I attended with my family of ages from 18- 74 and we all enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend and would return. We have been here for 2 weeks and the location is great - it is located near the ***** but once you close your hotel door you hear absolutely nothing which is bliss. The general manager Catherine is ever so friendly and the duty manger Ian sits and talks with you and they both represent this establishment beautifully. We’re all very happy with our stay.

What an amazing hotel in every way! It exceeded every expectation I had! The hotel was very clean and you get a complimentary tote bag in your room. The half board options were sublime! A buffet style breakfast with every thing you could ever need and you get €18 daily to use on either lunch and dinner. The food is cooked to order a variety of different cuisines to choose from. The general manager Ian introduced himself on day 1 and ensured that are stay was incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and very polite. I am definitely returning as I couldn’t fault anything!
