Easy check in. Perfect location. Wonderful views from the sea facing rooms. Very close to Magalluf ***** but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants of Palmanova. Bit of a steep hill in front of the hotel, but manageable if mobile. Food and drinks in the hotel of good quality and reasonably priced. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ian, the manager, who makes a point of speaking with every resident during the day, around the poolside. Resident DJ plays chilled tunes all day beside the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults of all ages, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, the staff are lovely, helpful and very smiley. We booked a bed and breakfast, the breakfast selection was out of this world, everything you could want was available. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Magaluf.

2nd stay at a ‘Cooks Club’ this year. My friend an I took our ‘21’ year old daughters as a birthday treat imagining magaluf would provide a mix of experience. It did. Hotel was not as good as other cooks club but its had a nice refurb. It’s basic but clean with good breakfast and a big pool area it was always possible to get a bed but not always with shade and the cushions whilst comfy are horribly stained. Coctails at pool bar were really good and staff were too. Reception staff also welcoming and helpful. If you get a room on the back the hotel opposite has balcony pre drinks which was our early evening entertainment 😂. It is on a hill quite steep but unless you have mobility issues no real issue at all. Supermarket is just below hotel and beautiful beach and many very classy beach front restaurants 5 mins walk. The ‘***** 5 mins too but caused no disturbance at night. Would absolutely recommend and return

Great hotel… - Excellent, fresh breakfast - the best we have ever had abroad. Numerous stations of full English/yoghurt/brunch/pastries/smoothies and waffles etc - so much choice you could never get bored. The only negative is having to pay extra for coffee made by a barista, would just be happy for a coffee machine instead included in the price..other than that 10/10. - Rooms - very clean and spacious. We paid for the standard room which was freshly cleaned and laundered everyday. The air con was fantastic and included in the price. Room backed directly onto a party hotel but we didn’t find it too noisy. However there was one negative with our room - on entering it smelt strongly of cigarettes (I know previous reviews have mentioned this too). After airing the room out for an hour or so it went but we were initially disappointed, had this not gone we would have asked to move rooms. Please be aware any extras are chargeable (safe/ early and late check out). - Location - great for access to the beach/strip/local restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel located on top of a steep hill so don’t think suitable for those with mobility issues. - Pool - comfiest sun loungers we’ve ever had. Area was clean and tidy. I know previous reviews have mentioned no music round the pool which didn’t bother us too much as we read etc but I can see why others are disappointed, think there was some building work next door so could have helped drown the noise out a bit. - Staff - were helpful and happy to answer any questions we had about buses/pick ups etc. Overall we really enjoyed our time here, just a few little tweaks mentioned above would have made our experience 10/10.

Does what you need it to do. It's clean and modern. Reception staff didn't make eye contact, no buzz about the place at all. Very demure. We brought a speaker to the pool and was told to keep it down. 😂 Cocktails were devine 👌 Overall I'd say it's a good hotel but just to sleep and eat in. Breakfast was top notch. We also had a Perosnaised Stanley cup stole from the room which was a gift to my friend for her 40th birthday.
