HSM Atlantic Park

Lovely stay at HSM Atlantic Park, rooms lovely, spotless and great housekeeping provided daily. Friendly staff, the one that stood out the most and the best is Raquel who made us feel welcome and looked out for us during our 2 week stay. Animation: Credit to Oscar and Beyza, lovely people also made us feel welcome and the activities enjoyable when we participated. Reception staff: always helpful whenever we needed them, a mention for Sylvie and Toni who always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome There was a good selection of food in the restaurant, but gets a bit repetitive some nights. I recommend visiting the Pirates Adventure show if you are looking for something to do whilst in Magaluf, it is exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed the show/entertainment ( look at booking in advance before your travel to Spain for your holiday for a good deal-we did this and it was good) Somethings in the hotel to improve on: 1) the evening entertainment was underwhelming, more variety needed, advise maybe a singer with opportunity for guests to join in and dance such as ABBA or Michael Jackson tributes. 2) For me, I would personally have liked to seen a chicken or meat paella rather than just the seafood one offered during evening meal time

HSM Atlantic Park has been the best hotel experience we could have asked for. The room was incredible and immaculate, being cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The dining/bar staff treat you like family, especially Raquel and Carlos. They were lovely and so kind to us both, always smiling and laughing and taking great care of us. We honestly felt like royalty! During our stay it was my partners birthday. I asked the staff if I could buy a birthday cake for him and asked if they could not sing due to his anxiety and they said not to worry and later brought out a lovely cake for him and even stopped the other guests signing when the saw the cake. It was a beautiful moment and something I was incredibly grateful for. The food was amazing with a wide selection to try and something for everyone. The pool was immaculate and the sunbeds were lovely. The animation team/entertainment team were honestly the best! Beyza, Oscar and Mooreiny were fantastic! They constantly had different games and competitions to do and took part themselves, they felt more like friends playing a game than staff and it was a big comfort for me and my partner who struggle with social anxiety. The evening entertainment was fantastic every day, from quizzes and acrobatics to dance shows that the team rehearsed and performed themselves! Always mingling with the guests and making sure everyone gets involved! They even made sure they came and said goodbye to us on our last day and thanked us for taking part in their activities. We couldn’t have wished for a better group of people to spend time with. A wonderful experience all round. Will be making this hotel our yearly destination.

A couple in mid 30s- We had the best time at atlantic park!! The staff were brilliant, all so friendly and made you feel at home. We had a beautiful air con room, seems to be newly decorated with a great balcony and lovely view. 10/10 location, 5-10 mins walk to the beach and bars ,shops, restaurants. Food was lovely, different theme every night, we particularly enjoyed sushi night!! Entertainment was fun and varied. We were all inclusive which was absolutely worth every penny, bar staff make sure your drinks are nice and strong 💪 the hotel is sparkling clean, our room was cleaned daily with new towels and bed sheets. Bus stop right outside with a 40 min ride to Palma. The only tiny negative is that the pool was not heated- I don't know if it's seasonal but it was very brisk even on a 30 degree day in early oct!! Would absolutely come back if we return to majorca and have already recommended to friends and family.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing as well as the staff being wonderful especially Oscar for making it a memorable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean; and as for the meals served at the buffet restaurant, they were all delicious. We enjoyed the activites and entertainment provided by the hotel. They were all fun and worth the wait. The hotel is placed in a great spot as there is a bus stop just around the corner, with the beach just being a 10minute walk.
