Even though it was 4 star, I didn’t expect too much from the hotel pictures but the hotel is better than it looks with some fantastic staff. The location is perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a pool view room which was fabulous. The rooms were great and can’t fault them. The aircon was perfect. You have to remember you are in Magaluf and there were plenty of young groups but there were all ages too and although we expected a bit of noise and annoyance there were no issues at all. Everyone was friendly, polite and just enjoying themselves. The all inclusive is fantastic and the food was great and you never go hungry here. The drinks are strong, there are no watered down drinks here!!!! The only thing I would say is they give you snacks constantly throughout the day and evening which consists of toasties, chips, burgers etc and I think something like crisps, chocolate or similar would be better than hot food as when you’ve just filled up on a buffet you don’t want more heavy food a couple of hours later. Special shout to the memorable staff for us which were Raquel - amazing especially at the bar! Prince - doing his best and never stopping! Tony - incredible service - checked me in last minute, upgraded us to a fantastic room and gave us a late check out.

The clubs are near to the hotel like Tiger tiger or soho.Watergames were fun we won!!! the hotel is really nice with a great staff!

Great for family kids over 5 but staff is so friendly and it's so relaxing. Rooms a little tight for family but clean, cool and small fridge. Great location and as mentioned staff would do anything to help.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing . The room was clean and staff are friendly .. the restaurant is good but need improvement and need to put note for the food to acknowledge whats kind of food if vegetarian or meat ..to avoid confusion
