iRETREAT Jungle Bliss, Pa Pae

Meditation experience - highly recommended. The discussions with the monks were the highlight of my entire trip Food - extremely filling and delicious Service - warm and hospitable Accommodation - I'm not a fan of shared bathrooms but this was overall ok. The tent was comfy and well designed. The bugs and mosquitoes are everywhere so do come prepared with bug spray and ointment Communication - can be improved. During my stay there was a power and water cut for 12 hours and I wasn't notified. Had to find out at the point of a shower or after using the toilet! Not ideal. Overall - highly recommended experience. The things I learnt would be hard to find elsewhere and I feel so much stronger spiritually. The monks are great teachers and the entire place is designed with your well being in mind.

I signed up for iRetreat’s first women meditation retreat in Pa Pae. The destination surrounded by beautiful forest was conducive for the retreat program which offers 4 times a day meditation guided sessions, yoga and activities. The buffet meals was delicious and healthy. What I loved most was the stunning surrounding, lovely hilltop meditation hall, and sleeping in a luxurious spacious tent, very comfortable and connecting with nature. They kept our phone throughout the retreat, which I was grateful for at the end. My heart and soul got purified and I left feeling lighter and happier. Definitely recommend, meditation in a very comfortable and stunning surrounding.

This is an experience that have helped my journey of spiritual search. I loved everything about it. The food (fine cuisine) the people (Thai people working only ♥️) meditation sessions (with Monk and very friendly ) the schedule (time for meditation and time alone or with other guests) the frame (all amenities are brand new and soooo comfortable, the sound of the jungle and its view are unbeleivable ! Don’t hesitate and go for more than one day!

I had an amazing experience at Iretreat and I would recommend anyone to go. I stayed at Iretreat for three nights and I learned more than I thought I would. The monks are really nice and it is a great balance between formal and informal interaction. The food at the retreat is amazing, I had three incredible meals per day. The tent is very spacious and clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. You have enough free time to think about everything you are learning and there is good wifi to call with family and friends. Already in the first session I meditated for 40 minutes. I did not know I could do this but with the help of the monks meditation is made to be very easy going. The manager Joy is very kind and always makes sure you have everything you need. She even offered to sleep in the tent next to me in case I did not want to sleep alone. The environment that Iretreat is build in is beautiful and adds a lot of value to the experience. Overall, I would recommend Iretreat to anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation!

A brilliant meditation resort. It is brand new open in Nov 2024. I visited here for a 4 day retreat in Jan 2025 and loved iRetreat. My day agenda started with a meditation at 6am and ended with the meditation at 8:30pm. You could also walk to a tiny town nearby, which takes about 30 to 40 minutes in each direction - which has a good café now restaurant as well. I did it once during my four days to have a change of mind. Joy was an amazing host, I never heard anything but yes/sure from her. She was absolutely accommodating and this improved the whole experience. For meditation I was guided by Monk Kevin & Monk New - both were absolutely brilliant and my day agenda was to see either one of them 4 times a day for 5 hours in total. The meditation hall is very serene and holistic. The tents are comfortable and the bathrooms are external they also have self paid wash and dry machines. The meals are brilliant - freshly prepared and 3 full meals a day, actually a lot more than you could consume, they took all my eating preferences and other details so I could be catered well. The only down side was that I was alone during my stay in the whole resort - which was brilliant as I was a beginner in meditation and got all the help, but the sleeping alone in a larger guest area was an experience as well. iRetreat also arrange for me to be picked up from the airport and drop back from their own drivers had a fixed fee, which was again very comfortable and professional, and the drivers were in touch with me before I began my journey. In the end, what really mattered was I could enjoy the entire experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better or left as a very happy person. The entire workforce is brilliant from housekeeping, to the landscape management, the Restaurant staff, everyone and every department. Thank you to the entire iRetreat team. Absolutely recommended…! 😇
