"Nice view. At first we were put in a room with lots of insects, a big gap under the door, a snake could get in. The bathroom outside didn't fill with water, the drain hole was broken. The air conditioner was blowing very cold air. But for one night in the mountains it was bearable. But I don't want to go back."
"First time up in the mountains of Chiang Mai and we enjoyed the very very cold weather in the cosy room! It was rather misty due to the rain but once it cleared the view was amazing! Food was delicious as well, and we had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the views from the room. Will recommend to those who would like to escape from the busy city :)"
"Located on Mae Rim mountain, there’s part of the road without proper pathway, and make sure you reach early as the road might be hard to drive at night
Anyhow if you like natural, the stay will be satisfying"
"We booked 3 tents next to each other but found that there were many insect or ant nests in one of the rooms we booked. If we were to change rooms, we would have to stay separately from the group which was quite far apart. The room we stayed in was a 4 person room. There were 6 of us travelling so we asked for a refund of one room which the staff told us to contact Trip.com ourselves."
"It's very warm here. There are not many rooms, about 4-5 rooms. Today we have come to stay in Ban Ao room. There is a private swimming pool as well. Plus, if you want to eat something, the seats are available. Who wants a cool atmosphere? Try pork Kra Talay, 500 per set, I think it's worth it. The food looks good quality, plus the owner is also very cute and friendly. Help us carry the luggage as well. It's like being in a very warm family style. There is a very complete service, tea, coffee, roast coffee, complete equipment, ready to feel the atmosphere, sit and sip tea, very refreshing. Let's go, there is breakfast here as well."
"The service was good, and the accommodation was understandable, with a mountain view. However, I was a little afraid of worms, not sure where they came from. However, it was unavoidable as it was in a mountain tourist area. Overall, it was good and worth the price."
"Before you go, you must bring a bottle of mosquito repellent spray. You must close the bedroom door when you turn on the light at night, otherwise there will be many small bugs that receive the light to attract them to fly in. Fear of insects pay attention to the first night. The door did not close and flew in. There were a lot of bugs, and the scalp was numb and I caught the bug for an hour. It is recommended to bring a small light, turn on the light in the room and try to pull the curtains, the door is closed, it is suitable for friends who can eat a little bitter to come and lie flat, the price is very high, the scenery is beautiful, there is no industrial noise, no car roar, there is wind and birdsong... You can bring a little fruit snack, It is recommended to stay for at least two nights, one night is too tossing, and the rest is not good. The Thai hot pot of the little proprietress is delicious, the pork is very fresh, and the proprietress is very cute and kind. recommend"

Outstanding
GGuest from HKAfter arriving, I was immediately shocked by the picturesque environment. This resort is surrounding the lush green ladder rice padding field with a picturesque pond decorated with lotus flowers. You can enjoy on your private terrace the surrounding tranquility and the harmonious garden symphony from birds, roosters, frogs and the scents from blooming flowers. This is definitely a place worth resting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In addition, the service team gave unfailing support to anything you need. Restaurant Kwau gave us memorable tastes of Thai foods. With the help of Khun Kuan, we enjoyed pleasant dining experiences and tasted delicious foods from different areas of Thailand. The Spa is also commendable! Their massage skill is unparalleled in downtown Chiang Mai. Joining Buffalo washing like a farmer is an unforgettable experience for people grow up in city!
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Moncham Mountain, 1 hour drive from the airport. This trip was specifically to experience Chiang Mai in winter and enjoy the flowers. We knew that Onsen's room type and the hotel environment are Japanese-style designs, and it also provides hot spring baths. There are different small animals in the park. Seeing them living very leisurely made us very interested in visiting. We stayed in Onsen for 3 days and 2 nights from the 29th to the 3rd day of the Chinese New Year. What surprised us most was that the atmosphere of Mi Zu restaurant was very good, especially at dinner time. Most of the guests were also eating in the restaurant, and it was very lively. Special thanks to Chef, Vee, Art and Naam for their hospitality. Each of them was very enthusiastic in entertaining guests and often interacted with us, which made us feel warm and heartwarming. In addition, I also thank Nee who gave me a massage in the spa. She massaged me very attentively, with a suitable strength and accurate massage positions, which almost made me fall asleep. I have a very good impression of Onsen, especially recommend visiting in autumn and winter 👍💕
YYANYANThe location is relatively quiet, there is no commercial around, you can park, only suitable for self-driving, with baby, the hotel environment is very comfortable and comfortable, breakfast is ordering, hotel guests are free, but the efficiency is slower, for going to see early Elephants and so on suggest that everyone take it directly. Hot water is very good, cost-effective! The hotel manager is very gentleman, can book a day trip program, we participated in happy elephant, brought a baby over two years old, really a very difficult experience but very impressive. This protection camp is not Chinese except us. It is highly recommended that families with children go to the insect zoo and popo park is not a domestic experience.
GGuest UserThe location couldn’t have been more perfect , it was convenient, beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The team was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish being flavorful and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to the hostess, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. It was truly an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!
NNargiza V- Great location, stunning views from the cabin
- Very friendly hosts
- Cleanness
- Nice breakfast (in adjustable time)
- There is a menu with various dishes and normal prices, so you won't stay hungry
- If you are a fan of hiking, there are several routes that start near this place (we found them at alltrails website)
- You can rent a motorbike here
- Don't forget to take warm clothes, since it can be cold in the evening
GGuest UserThe hotel is comparatively close to our trail running start point. Just 15-20 mins walk to the PAO park. Rooms are clean and service ladies are welcoming except one old lady at the reception counter with bad manner. Every time i meet her at the counter, she never say any words or ever a simple ”hello” . when we left and asking for refund for deosit, she replied me with the same old words ”wait a minute”. She may be the owner of this hotel, but I think she demonstrates a very bad example to her staff showing bad service manner to the customers.
SStanCAmazing property with top-notch hospitality service, staffs were very well trained. Room was super comfortable and nicely designed, especially bed sheet was very smooth. Breakfast had a great options and really good quality, had lunch and dinner as well, foods were very delicious. I really love hotel design and concept, definitely going back to this place!
GGuest UserVery nice place to stay for 2 nights.
Rooms and food are ok
The standard rooms on level 2 are many steps up.
The pool is nice but cold because lack of sun.
1 thing, they have to put new beds by the pool the current one are way to old.
ไไปลองของThis is renovated hotel, modern style, clean, and on budget. However, the parking lot is too small and it also has cafe in front of the hotel which use the same parking. The one that I would like to highlight is elevator, you need to walk to the 1 and a half floor to use elevator and then you also need to walk down or up to your room floor again. This is not recommended for elderly. Actually, this hotel seems like dormitory than hotel.
GGuest UserWe were looking forward to staying here so much, it was the most expensive place we stayed in at £149 for the night, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing first we were kept waiting 40 minutes in the blazing heat for a driver, we had to phone twice to ask how much longer we would have to wait, we were then kept waiting another 40 minutes to check in despite us asking for early check in. We eventually got to the room which was very dusty on both bedside tables and around the headboards, the deciding factor to us booking here was the outdoor bath unfortunate we had to clean it before using it then the water was only tepid so it was no good. The staff were absolutely lovely here if attention was paid to cleaning and the bath had hot water it would have been nice, I would not stay here again despite the lovely staff and stunning views.
