If you're seeking a quiet and simple stay in nature, this one's for you. Location is off the beaten track so there's not much to do in the area in terms of activities. This place is suitable for those who primarily plan on staying in and relaxing, definitely not for parties or large groups. The accommodation is pretty new with a quaint feel. The grounds are nice and tidy but there are few spots to hang about as the property is on the side of a hill. They have some birds that you can check out and feed. Reception is only open during the day so if you arrive in the evening you'll only meet grounds workers who didn't say much or provide any information. We stayed in one of the villas which all have a bathtub on the balcony. The room was functional and fairly clean (there were some insects, as one might expect). There's a large fridge so you can stock up to your heart's content. The view was fine, lush greenery and sunrise, but nothing spectacular. The balconies have a mesh curtain off one side which would've been much better if it'd been solid since mesh doesn't really provide any privacy and the villas are quite close to one another. Breakfast is delivered to the room at about 8-ish. You can ask to change some items if you have dietary restrictions. The restaurant opens in the evening and only serves Moo Kra Ta, and there's a bar which was closed during our stay.

If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, recommend to go and stay there. You will get sound sleep becoz of the sound of downstream waterfall. But Mosquitoes have a little bit and the place is located at the steep area and a bit far from Van station.

The view is very good, the staff are also good, I feel like the staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautiful, super clean, there are lots of photo corners as well, worth the price.

This is my 3rd time staying in this B2 Santhitham Hotel Soi Tepharak and I must say there are few improvements.☺️ I like their new design and color inside the room and even they have keycard now for doors. The rooms look brighter than before. Some things for suggestions I have; They need to check some lights in the room if it’s working, at least in my room and friends room bed light and main lights aren’t working, and also the water drainage in the shower, it gets stuck and too slow to drain and it uncomfortable when you’re showering. Overall if you’re looking for a budget hotel, B2 is enough.

Hot water, separate bathroom, and toiletries are complete throughout the day. It is especially convenient to wash up. Sleep is very quiet at night. The sofa in the room is particularly good. The surrounding environment is very good. The electric kettle and hair dryer are particularly good. Washing is particularly convenient. The space is still large, clean and tidy. Rooms are so ordinary and in good condition. Unfortunately, the shower is only separated by a corner and the bathroom is mostly wet when doing the shower. The hall is very modern, unfortunately everything is very bright. The situation is unfortunately not good if you are usually too far on the road. I had to take a taxi/tuktuk in two days for all routes because the route 1 is relatively long and 2 is not pleasant to go. There's a lot of things that you'd save with a more central hotel. We had read that the hotel should be in a culinary area, but we have not seen it and have thus spent time in other areas day and evening.

Good service. We booked at 8 pm and checked in really late at 1 am, but there were a few staff to assist us at the lobby. When we asked for some drinks at night, they still serviced us kindly. Really nice people. I am not a fan of loft style, so I felt the room was not clean enough

We are on a six-month trip through Asia. After the Trubel in Bangkok we looked for a few days in a beautiful facility with pool. The very positive reviews have drawn attention to the Papai Country Lodge near Chiang Mai. And, we were not disappointed. The chalets are very tastyly furnished. The facility is located in a minimum 2 hectares large tropical park, everything is very idyllicly constructed and top maintained. The pool has a size that you can swim right trails in it. That was important to us! Morning breakfast is over a river and enjoys the great nature and watches the squirrel and birds. Breakfast is varied, rich and very delicious. The eggs in the morning were served in another variation every day. The coffee in the morning is prepared in a proper espresso machine. We had booked a small chalet. As the last November was little, the owner offered us an upgrade to one of the villas without extra cost. The beds were, for the rest, comfortable for Thailand conditions! The owner probably had read some criticisms from European tourists about the hardness of the beds and immediately reacted. We were asked whether the comfort of the beds is now good. We could confirm that. The hotel has a small restaurant, directly on the river, where we have also had dinner tonight. The restaurant offers Thai, very tasty food at normal prices. The surrounding area is available for great excursions, including with the bike, which you can borrow free of charge. For rest-seekers and rehabilitation needy people who want to turn off a few days, this is exactly the right place! Of the many facilities we have had to know so far, the Papai Country Lodge is the top address if you want to experience beautiful nature with a certain luxury and great honest hospitality. We will certainly come back.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The room was renovate with a bit of fragment here and there but overall was good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Water was good and worked well. The bathroom floor was not at all slippery even wet. This is good for elderly. My suggestion for the hotel is to look more about mosquitoes and ant. I found a couple of mosquitoes and an ant on the bed. With that in mind for hotel maid, overall stay was pleasant one and will be back again. Oh Did I mention that the reception was nice and helpful. There is also a live cat lying around to welcome visitors at all time.
