The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. Excellent customer service on one of the best properties. Slightly away from the Meenakshi temple. Staff was welcoming and often went above and beyond. They also had strong follow up to any requests being made. Highly recommended for your stay within Madurai if this is within your budget.

Very clean and excellent customer service from every single staff member. All the staff were very helpful and assisted with our requests. Room service and breakfast buffet were also delicious and contained a very good variety of vegetarian options. Will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madurai, especially international guests.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. The property is in a good location. The property is old but they are renovating the rooms just fine. The food is very good.

Had been to madurai almost after a long time. To get Meenakshi amman darshan . I stayed here for 2 days with family . Very friendly team . Helpful. Courteous staff of the restaurant bazaar and front office . Food is very good . Chef took care personally as I was with kids . 15 to 20 mins to temple . Closer to airport . I could see the temple from hotel . Good swimming pool . Spa to relax . I would Highly recommend this place to stay. Best wishes grand grt madurai team. Such a good property, service was very convincing and more over the swimming pool and rooms were clean. Breakfast was okayish but nothing to be complained
