Very kind and polite staff, 1st time celebrating birthday at JC hotel restaurant,, well arrange and cake cutting with songs and surrounded by all staff,,really impressed..Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We enjoyed our time very much The staff is super nice The hotel is big and comfortable The breakfast is rich There is an ne step to the rooms so it is hard for a wheelchair but the staff was always there to help even for the access to the swimming pool. K. Varsha has made beautiful henna designs for my daughter and became friends with her "I had a wonderful time with K. Varsha, she is so nice and it was lovely to spend time with her. Her art is so professional and so beautiful. She is really great.

My partner and I arrived early in the morning, after ***** night’s travel from Pondicherry and we’re very grateful for the war welcome and chance to relax in the grand reception area. M Raja, a diligent concierge catered to our needs, bringing refreshments and organising a speedy check in, way ahead of the expected 2.00pm. Our room on the 4th floor was a delight with heavy old oak furniture and a super king size bed. Close to the main sights of Madurai, I was very happy with the hotel.

Great hotel. Delightful staff everywhere. Nice pool. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. About 3km by auto rickshaw to main temple. Travel desk arranged 4 hour tour of 4 other temples in and near Madurai. Highly recommended. But there is no bar 🫤. I got beer for the first dinner but ‘out of stock’ for 2nd and 3rd. My room,311, looked into a wall. 312 would have view of the pool as would many rooms in the newer wing ( rooms 301. - 310)
