레스토랑은 매니저등은 친절하였으나 로칼맥주를 주문하였는데 수입산 맥주를 설명없이 가져와 로칼인 줄 마셨다.
요금이 당연히 비쌋다. -직원의 주문 서비스가 고객과 소통이 된대로 되길 바람.
전반적인 서비스는 좋았다.
스파에서 오일맛사지를 받았는데 맛사지사의 실력이 너무 약했다.
안내데스크에서 택시를 신청- 사원까지 요금 확정하고 탔는데 호텔에서 제시한 요금에서 택시 기사의 톨게이트비 [ 이건 택시비에 미리 책정 되어야 한다]- 다음날 다른차는 톨비없는 곳으로 갔다[ 주차장입장료와 주차비 -이것은 미리 고객에게 알려주고 택시 요금을 말해야 한다/ 호텔과 연계한 택시 회사의 각별한 조인이 필요 /

The ambience Good. I have taken quadruple room which is very comfortable for family. Peacefull environment. Staff members are very cooperative and supportive specially one of the staff Asha has taken care of dharshan and she was very supportive through our the tour in making our tour very successful.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable too.. The food is kind of ok-ish... The staff is helpful and responsive too especially Mr .Praveen Mr. SRI Ram ,Mr Pugal and Mr. Gobi

The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities needed. The food and the food options are very good. Child friendly. Ret***nt ***ager Pugazh and Chef Muthu made sure we are happy with the food.I traveled with my kid and they did customize the food as per our need so that our kid can have too. Thanks to the entire hotel team for making our trip happier

We had a event over there in Hotel amika madurai, it was a pleasant arrangement and hotel team has did well in their arrangement and their ***agers Siva & team helped us lot during the event. Food is really appreciatable. Once again thank you to Siva & mohan, chef dinakaran for helping us lot

Good arrangements for wedding reception at jasmine hall. Ambience, food was good and staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were neat but slightly small.

The Hotel staff was very proactive and polite. Always looking to make you feel at home with best of support and services whether in food , room , house keeping or morning breakfast spread. They always ensure to come to you and ask you for your wish to specific food items in breakfast and they always accomodate. I strongly recommend it and anyone travelling to Madurai or distant Rameshwaram or Dhanushkodi must have a pit stop in this property . Kudos to team Amika
