The sevice is vey bad no prompt action despite repeated request. Room service by ther resturany is very slow and late. Reception chamges the stand other than what was requested on phone reservation. claening is not there even on request. Children are used for work in resturant.

Don't stay at this place until no other option left. Completely third class hotel. The rooms are reasonably ok but some kind of sewage stink is all the time lingering around. We had to wait for more than half an hour at the reception to get our rooms inspite of the booking done ***y days in advance. The ***agement of the entire setup is very laid back and there is no proper coordination between staff. The person at the reception doesn't care to address your issues. All in all not more than 1star rating can be given.

This is the worst hotel in Madurai. The rooms are unhygienic and smelly, the restaurant food is terrible. Staying here was a waste of money. The only rating point that I’m giving is because this hotel was closer to Meenakshi Am*** Temple.

Grim hotel. Dirty, charging a high price for what it offers. There is no cleaning. They didn't make the room until we complained. The excuse they made is that they don't do it to foreign tourists because they have valuable things in the room. Come now! The very primary restaurant. The staff is friendly but inefficient. Dirt and lack of maintenance everywhere. It is only recommended due to its location relatively close to the temple
