We had booked online after searching for hotels. Had no idea about hotel at all. But once we reached there, it was a pleasant surprise for all of us. From lobby to room to dining, it was a great experience for us. Truly enjoyed our saty. Feeling bad as we just had one night stay, will definitely find another chance to visit here

We had an overall excellent experience at GRT Grand, Madurai. The chef, Selladurai made absolutely tasty meals for us and the service as well as the hospitality was truly remarkable. The hotel also arranged transportation for us to go to Rameshwaram and the driver Saravanan was extremely professional and kind. The car was very clean and the water bottles and juice provided in the car made a big difference. If you visit Madurai, this hotel is a MUST VISIT!

Excellent location and hotel . Rooms are very clean wz modern facilities . Gym well equipped . Pool excellent and relaxing . Staff very efficient and over helpful . Outstanding is Praba from Bazar restaurant although all other staff need recogntion as well ..food and buffet very good wz a variety of veg and non veg and is opened 24/7. Breakfast is recommended

The hotel is nice & clean , rooms are good too. Mr.Kartik the driver took care of us well .. very comfortable driver to airport. The reception service can be improved , needs a good coordination. The buffet food is good as well , a lot of variety you can pick from.

Grand GRT I had a very good experience. The ambience, infrastructure, services was good. The room was clean and neat. The food was good A special mention to Karthik, our trip guide on the devotional day. He was very kind, friendly and calm throughout the day. I recommend people to have him as the guide.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location. I went to visit the Meenakshi temple with my family and had a wonderful stay at the hotel for one night. I was really looked after by the staff and was even given an early check in for our 2 rooms. I specially loved the restaurant and the food was awesome. however the restaurant experience was made extra special by the service lady called Bigyan. She went the extra mile to make sure that we got what we wanted and was very sweet and I would request the hotel to make sure she doenst leave the hotel. Its very difficult to get such lovely staff and you should take care of her. overall a lovely experience and I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel if in madurai.
