I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

The hotel is set in a peaceful and secluded place in Madurai. The drive from main entrance to the hotel is about a mile in a small wooded hill through a private drive way. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and offer good views. Since we had sent the car back, we were at a loss to understand how we can move about from this beautiful location. Mr. Ashok, the Accommodations Manager resolved the issue in no time and arranged a car for us to go about our business. The unassuming GM, Mr. Srivastava and the soft spoken Mr. Ashok made sure our stay was most enjoyable through their excellent interactions. The Executive Chef Tapan Sahoo and his team served top notch lunch and dinner every day. We did not expect such a variety of tasteful salads in South India. The main courses were equally tasteful. Mr.Muniswamy took us on a nature walk within the property and explained the various herbs and medicinal plants growing in the hills. Overall, the personal touch of the leadership team made our stay very enjoyable.

I really talked about this hotel, not because MARRIOTT is full, this is the closest hotel, I really can't live anymore, the hotel is old, the health is not good, the towel, stinky to die. I obviously have a twin room and don't give it to me. I have to give it to Ctrip. I have a time difference. I can't do it at 2-3 in the morning. I originally booked Club room. The staff is courteous and warm. Everyone was so nice to us. Arti chaudhary and Ramaraj were so nice to my boy. The Diwali buffet was awesome. I definitely recommend this place if you are planning a visit to Madurai. The rooms are spacious, and the ambiance was so festive for Diwali.

Nice hotel. In our colors Food: vegetarian line, with meat and desserts. Everything is beautiful and delicious. A little protein for breakfast for vegetarians. The restaurant is very nice. Rooms: beautiful, large. Very comfortable pillows. There is not much in the bathroom, but everything is enough.
