I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

We had booked a few rooms for our family wedding function guests including guests from Philippines. The experience in the hotel is simply superb and amazing. Guest relationship manager Mr.Pandian has been excellent particularly. He addressed any of our concern like a breeze. Actually, Mr.Pandian already helped me with similar stay in 2023 when I had to manage lot of guests from Sweden. And Mr.Pandian really managed that fantastic. With that professional support from Mr.Pandian, I confidently went back in Dec 2024. Overall this is a great hotel and Mr.Pandian can walk that extra mile for customer delightment. We are extremely happy.

I must say the tour and traveller run by Mr. Gopal ji at Fortune Pandiyan Hotel, Madurai is really awesome. He provided me full details of day wise iternity of Madurai and Rameshwaram's famous places with print out when we just arrived at Fortune Pandiyan hotel, Madurai on day 1. Mr. Gopal ji is a very nice person and soft spoken.he also shared me his peronal pandit details who is basically pujari inside the Maa Minakshi temple. Pujari worshipped for our family and he provided us the direct acess of Maa Darshan. Not only this, Mr. Gopal ji have very excellent team and his assigned driver Mr. Mahendran ji took us at every place and also worked like a guide. My family have fully enjoyed this religious trip of Madurai and Rameshwaram. The car was sedan type and fully comfortable and price is reasonable compared to market. It was average services. Room facility was as mention. But staff and waiters are not aware about how to welcoming guests. We have to request at reception about send someone to reach out us at our room. Also not aware that guest luggage put at their room is responsibility of hotel. Luggage were reach at us after 15 minutes at room. And tips also asked by waiter for put luggages at our rooms.

The hospitality of the staff is what impressed me the most. They were very helpful with our requests and constantly checked with us to see if everything was okay with our stay at the hotel. The restaurant also has a variety of food from different cuisines and was very tasty too. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who are planning on visiting Madurai soon.

Near and a good place. Town hall and meenakshi amman temple are in walkable distance. Good friendly staff.

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak. I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/
