1.床單破舊，到處是洞2.馬桶衞生一言難盡3.上任房客礦泉水瓶殘留和衞生環境差4.洗手枱漏水，一開水就流向腳下地面上，也不修理5.前台服務冷漠，極其缺乏服務意識，住客自己可以去感知，和酒店標題完全相反6.房間無暖氣，無氧氣提供7.無電梯，住樓上房間需自己在4300米海拔縣城搬運行李，酒店無協助服務。

1，帶孩子想加床被，沒有，工作人員還很生硬，好像我就這個樣子，你沒有權利提要求，2，最低零下1℃，問怎麼取暖，不好意思，沒有取暖方式，説是這兩天管道壞了，鬼才信你的謊話，3，不止我我一個客人問有無加氧設備，答案自然是沒有，有的客人12點多了因高反睡不着覺，在大堂轉悠，也毫無辦法，工作人員一副傲慢冷淡的態度，服務這個詞就別妄想了，4，酒店外門口塵土飛揚，酒店內看起來金碧輝煌，實則敗絮其中，有圖為證，臟｀差，除非露宿街頭，絕不會選擇這樣的酒店，夜裡凍醒，沒有温度的店家讓人心更冷。

房間設施陳舊，淋浴龍頭漏水嚴重，服務態度非常差，我們上午11:30在外遊玩結束回到酒店，比較累，飯也沒吃，需要吃飯後到房間稍微休息一下再開車，不然開車不安全，同老闆溝通是否能幫忙延遲到13:00退房，直接遭到拒絕，沒得商量，還從來沒有碰到這樣服務態度的，所以給予差評，強烈建議別住這家酒店！

這一路最差的酒店，衞生極差，服務態度也極差，有問題找前台還説我們是事情多，門前在修路，要從別的地方繞，酒店這情況也沒有提前聯繫告知我們這個情況，結果晚上九點多疲憊不堪到了門前就是開不進去，老闆開車出來帶我們繞路，結果繞了快半個小時，小孩高反都更厲害才好不容易到了酒店門口，一路都在大坑爛路我漢蘭達都磕底兩次了，新車心疼壞了。一進房間床單被罩都是明顯沒有更換的，還有那種很短的頭髮，我和女兒都是長髮，最後頂着高反頭暈目眩的鋪好了隔臟睡袋才勉強睡着，製氧機完全就是個擺設，前台説壞了，不能用，要吸氧得另外花錢租他家的製氧機，晚上高反的很厲害，建議這麼高海拔地方還是住帶製氧的吧

比起看5分鐘就説機器過熱要關機的投影儀我更關注櫃子裏提供的備用枕。花灑像天女散花，洗個澡到處噴水就是噴不到身上，連洗手枱水龍頭也到處噴水，洗個臉被滋一身。索性酒店暖氣夠熱完全不用蓋被子，正好用了自備的床上用品。想對商家説與其把錢花在那些華而不實（華而不實都算不上因為根本不能用，衹能説是架子花）的東西上，旅客們更關注的是衞生。

設施有點老舊，衞生一般，環境：門口有在建工程，塵土比較多，環境有點雜，酒店也不太好找，跟着導航兜了一圈才找到，服務也很一般
