Hotels near San Fernando Fine Art Royal Academy in Madrid

We had SUCH a great time staying at this hotel. We were showing our visiting family what Madrid has to offer and the location of the hotel is perfect for that. Close to the best restaurants and the Sol train station making it really easy to travel around the city. The staff were able to help with anything we needed, and the gifts waiting on our door in the morning were such a great surprise! We love this place and will definitely come back.

I have stayed in many hostels before but at TOC it was the first time I stayed in a shared room ( female only). I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The hostel is awesome, has friendly staff and is the most modern hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were quite nicely soundproofed as you couldn't hear much from the hallways as it is usual for other hostels. In my 6 bed female room, we had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers - it was enough. :) I will be coming back, definitely!

We chose this hotel for it's central location and for what we thought was good value for money. We were not disappointed, in fact it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were met by friendly yet not overbearing staff. Check in was efficient ant the special requests i had asked for were delivered without any problem and with discretion. The rooms were absolutely amazing, we had two superior rooms and i can honestly say they were the nicest rooms i have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, well stocked and the comfiest bed ever. We ate in the cafeteria restaurant on the first night as we were tired from travelling, they do a 15 Euro menu which consists of three courses, bread and a drink (wine, beer or soft drink) which was of great quality and value for money, we enjoyed it so much we ate there the following two nights of our stay too. Break fast was of an equally high standard with a huge choice of both hot and cold offerings. The one thing that came across in this hotel was the staff, the were the most friendly and helpful i have cane across, nothing was too much trouble. I will only stay here when in Madrid in the future. Well done Liabeny.

Excelente atención! Estuvimos 2 veces Cdo llegamos y después antes de regresar. En las dos ovaciones estuvimos muy bien. La segunda vez, no tuvieron problema en cambiarnos de habitación, porque en primera instancia nos resultó un poco chica, después estuvimos muy cómodos, todo gestionado por los chicos de recepción. El desayuno muy bueno! Y buenas las cenas de La Carmela! Las mucamas muy amables!

The service was particularly good. Because I had to catch a flight in the morning, I asked the front desk if breakfast could be packed. As a result, they packed us two particularly rich breakfasts. They also carefully packed the bread with ham and cheese. They also packed a large box of rich fruits and two Bottle of water.

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are a lot of open-air restaurants and shopping places. But the hotel has a certain room type that can accommodate three people. Whether the couple carries a child or the parents carries two children, the front desk strictly implements the rules for two people. You need to add money to another room type with a sofa bed to accommodate three people. This information hotel did not provide at all when booking with Ctrip.

Excellent staff- everyone was so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early from international flight and they let us check in early. Great location to walk to museums and great restaurants. Rooftop bar and pool were very nice- again, super friendly service. Nice complimentary bottled water and chocolates brought to the room in the evening. Needed to get shoes shined and they got it done for me. Nice artwork throughout hotel. Didn’t charge for drinks in mini fridge- nice touch. Did I mention how friendly everyone is?

This was a wonderful stay ! Best location ever. Close to everything you need to see in madrid , local and other kids of restaurants. The breakfast was perfect and offered until 2:00 pm so it was almost a brunch perfect for late sleepers like me ! The bedroom with a view was stunning 🤩 would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, the service staff are courteous, the surrounding area of the hotel extends in all directions, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel room windows face the patio without any scenery. But after comprehensive consideration, I like it, so I stayed for two more nights.

We asked for a double bed and they gave us a room with 2 beds, they told me there was a double bed but it was superior and they charged me € 40 as a supplement, it would not have cost them anything to attend to my requests, since the room they gave me was a quadruple , that if we put ourselves it was not the one I hired. On the other hand, the cleaning staff starts talking quite loudly in the corridors at an early hour.
