This is my favorite hotel in Madrid, no one! ! So this time I stayed at this hotel for ten days. First of all, the hotel is classic, from every decoration of the hotel to the clothing of the service staff, every minute feels like a big movie! Besides, the breakfast at the hotel is one of my favorite buffets, and I can't get tired of eating for 10 days. There are miso soups and sushi for Asian tastes, as well as various hams and developed meats! Also, tell you in a secret way that you meet Mourinho in the breakfast restaurant. Don't ask me who I am. But I saw everyone talking quietly, no one bothered to sign or anything. PS, at the New Year, quietly decorated the room 😂

I chose Artiem Madrid because of the fantastic price point and quality of the rooms/amenities. I'd been to Madrid before so it wasn't important for me to stay in the city center. I really actually loved being in a residential area - nice change after being in several big European cities with tourists everywhere. The hotel is fantastic and the snack bar and breakfast buffet was amazing! I had an issue with my room but Daisy at the reception went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Wonderful service and value! I booked directly on hotels website and got a better price and perk - a free ride to Madrid city center on Saturday morning - huge plus!

I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and tea, it is full of holiday. I will definitely stay again next time.

Lovely hotel situated in the heart of Huertas, Madrid, just a few steps away from Prado and Retiro park. The rooms are super comfy, equipped with Nespresso machine, the staff is polite and very helpful, the restaurant of the hotel is great - both for dinner and breakfast! The breakfast is really good and not to be missed.

Breakfast & complementary break room with coffee and snacks downstairs was fantastic. The desk ladies were super helpful & even helped me book a tour as well as helped me sort out the laundry form - bless them for letting me practice my Spanish with them😅😅. Personally, this was the perfect hotel at the perfect time for 2 reasons; 1) there's nothing on the walls, no paintings or pictures which was good for me as a kindergarten teacher on vacation, I appreciated the sensory deprivation 🙂 and 2) there was a lot of floor space to work out in the room since there was no gym. Plenty of room in all directions to do yoga, BJJ drills & floor workouts - I don't know if I just got lucky with the room. 😊

It's in a relatively central location on Gran Vía, only a few minutes away from the Grand Palace. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. There is an Argentinian restaurant near the hotel, and many stars check in here.

Staff was nice and allowed an early check in. Great location with the train station a five minute walk. The Prado and the plaza Mayor both very walkable. Plus, there are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. The downside is the street noise. We had a room on the 5th floor without AC which required us to have our windows open and the noise from the very busy street was deafening. And at 3 am people returning from their night out partying- laughing and yelling could be heard. I think the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. But, I would recommend a room high up with AC or in the back of the hotel.
