Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Atocha Suites

I used it the night before a family trip. Considering the price, this is probably it. However, the indoor toilet is separated only by a curtain, so even if you are a family member, you may be reluctant to use it. Breakfast is included and the content is not bad, but the staff's attitude is bad. The hotel made the guest confirm that the number of guests was incorrect, and even when he realized his own mistake, there was no apology. That female staff member will be hated by all the customers.

Milla de Oro
The hotel is only recommended. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (mostly the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites to stay. Not un mentioned should be the great roof terrace with excellent views of Madrid. We are very happy to come back.

Located next to Plaza de España, the location is very good! There are many restaurants and shops around, and there is a big Zara opposite. We bought a lot of clothes there, about 50 euros for three T-shirts. The hotel room is very clean, the breakfast is very good, very rich, with freshly squeezed juice. There are 20 kinds of yogurt. Walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. We took a taxi to several other museums for only 6-7 euros. I will stay here next time.

Very good, the hotel was newly renovated in 2024, the room is large, the facilities are very complete, there are kettles, coffee machines, refrigerators, cups, and even a pot of green plants and a yoga mat, which is very considerate. The hotel has a shuttle bus. It is easy to find it by following the hotel bus signs from the airport. The car is very cute, and the driver is a very cool lady in sunglasses. The only drawback is that the breakfast is very monotonous and there are not many choices. Overall, it is great. There is a taxi lined up at the door, and the fare to the Madrid Convention Center is 9.8 euros.

Good in location, near Atocha station. Good hotel facilities. Good star services. Good breakfast. BUT be careful to select the room, my room get a big column inside living room and bath room, very bad experience. I book the Superior twin room, but not superior, only at 1/F. No place to put our luggage, no table to put our accessories. May be you have to pay more to book large room will be better. And bad entrance design, you need to to go inside through a staircase, will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

There are no toiletries and slippers, so you have to bring your own. The people at the front desk are very nice. They will give you a free bottle of mineral water when you check in, but they don't give it every day. There are discounts for breakfast reservations in advance.
