the aircon cannot be adjusted.🙁 the pillow that i got was a little thin, nevertheless the staff especially at the bar and restaurant were friendly and very accomodating. the hotel was also clean and neat☺️

The hotel is only recommended. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (mostly the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites to stay. Not un mentioned should be the great roof terrace with excellent views of Madrid. We are very happy to come back.
