Very hard to find the hotel as it is hidden inside the train station. Parking offered by hotel is not hotel parking and is paid but over the road in a terrible location to find and decifer how to get back to the hotel. For public transportation this hotel is good if need to catch a train the next day.
This is the first time I have come across such a bad Hilton Hotel. The facade is hard to find. It takes half a day to check in. The efficiency is too slow. The equipment in the room is outdated. There is not even a bathtub. The shower is not blocked. The toilet paper is soaked. The washbasin is small and low. It is difficult to avoid touching the basin with the towel. The taxi cannot enter the hotel gate. It is not suitable for a hotel that costs nearly 300 euros a day. The price-performance ratio is low. Bad review.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and chocolates are given as a gift after check-in. The location is good, only a few minutes walk to Chamartin station. Taking the metro from Chamartin to the city center, for example to Sol station, only takes ten minutes. If you plan to go to Segovia in your itinerary, it will be convenient to stay here, because the trains to some suburban places depart from Chamartin Station. I feel like living here is better than living right in the center of the city. It’s newer and cleaner + the price is reasonable~

Hotel location is a bit far from the attractions and shopping area, but the price is very high, the room is big in Spain, the breakfast is very rich, the waiter is very friendly, very good hotel!
The floor drain in the room was clogged, and no one came when I called for service. The shower gel on the wall was empty. I went downstairs to call the waiter, but he didn't come to fix it until late at night. Maybe this is how European service is. After all, it is a European five-star hotel, and the hotel is also relatively old. Anyway, it's not worth staying here.
The triple room we stayed in was very large and clean. It was a 3-minute walk to the Bernabeu Stadium. It was very convenient. The subway station was right at the door. It is very convenient to go to various attractions.
Hotel service attitude is better, breakfast is more abundant, there is another big Cha Martin Hotel next to it, pay attention not to go wrong.
The hotel is old, there is a wasteland next to it, and it is not very comfortable to live.
It's very close to the airport, and it only takes about 10 minutes by taxi. This hotel doesn't have a kettle by default, you have to ask for it at the front desk, and the rest is average. Because it's outside, it feels a little quieter and better.
The sanitary environment is good, but some details can still see the traces of history, such as my door can not be closed without force (after gently bringing it, it sounds like it is closed, but you have to push hard, you can open the door without swiping the card) and the pool is very slow. It should be blocked
Location is OK, nearby is the cuczo subway station, there is a 7×24 Carrefour nearby
The service is not bad, 7.28 birthday sent a bottle of sparkling wine, but there is no free bottled water, there is a mini bar, but all charges, including mineral water
Note:
❶ No free drinking water. Drinking water in the refrigerator costs 3 Euros. Buy it in advance at the nearby Carrefour 24-hour supermarket for 1 Euro
❷ No slippers are provided
❸ The air conditioner is old and the heating is slow
Service:
Can communicate in English and is quite enthusiastic
Facilities:
Basically complete and relatively old
Hygiene:
There are residual stains on the table and the cleaning is not thorough
Environment: Nearby 24-hour Carrefour

Excellent
YYounglvrenzangeA very good private enterprise, very close to the Bernabeu Stadium and very close to the English Palace Shopping Center. You can cook your own meals in the room. There are tableware. Everything is very new. It is a newly renovated hotel.
爱爱兔叽酱Not bad, the service attitude is good, the stay is good, it can be said to be a very safe hotel, the location is also very close to the subway station, in the city center, next to the British Palace is very convenient!
