The room is of a good size and relatively quiet at night. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and fresh ingredients. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious and the bathroom is large. It is close to the airport and takes 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. The outdoor pool has good facilities and the children can play in the water together. It is very good. The breakfast is rich in variety. Eat breakfast at the Novotel hotel opposite

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for the second time after having forgotten about staying here a couple years ago. The hotel itself is fine but the shuttle service to the airport is atrocious. Got immediate PTSD when I remembered (upon arriving to the hotel bus stop). Took about 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up for pickup at the airport (is advertised as a maximum of 45 mins). Then the line for the 2 check-in desks was unsurprisingly extremely long after a packed shuttle dropped off everyone at once. Bill Heinecke and Minor should be ashamed.

I have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms, facilities and services are as good as always, and the transfer service to Madrid Airport is even better. The price is just more expensive than in previous years, which should be caused by the increase in energy prices in Europe.

Near the airport (not walkable) Good facilities but all the windows seem to be cracked. Like the buildings on the slide. Takes away a bit of the feel as otherwise it would be an unspoilt view from the room and even the sauna in the gym area.

We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late. Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night. The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken.

Great place to stay, comfy and very clean room. Less than 10 minutes taxi drive away from the airport. The staff were all just so lovely and so helpful. They booked me a taxi for the next day for my flight and everything was just perfect and on time. Even for visiting into the center of Madrid, was about 25 subway away and very easy to find. Definitely recommend when visiting or getting a flight from Madrid

Extremely clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Food for lunch quality is so so but enough for an ibis. Location actually quite fr from the airport.

The room facilities are not new, but they are OK. There is a kettle. We chose this place specifically because it is close to the airport. We booked a free shuttle bus to the airport, but we missed it because we were 2 minutes late. Then the hotel helped us call a taxi, which took 3 minutes to get to the airport and charged us 20 euros! The meter was deliberately covered, which was a bit of a rip-off. So be sure not to miss the shuttle bus.

We chose the hotel because of its location, so that we could quickly get to the airport. We were right: 20 minutes walk to the airport, very convenient if you fly out early in the morning. It's about 10 minutes to the metro, then 40 minutes to the center of Madrid, which is also acceptable. The hotel room itself is spacious, quite comfortable. There is air conditioning and a refrigerator. The minibar (2 bottles of water, 1 orange juice) is free 😍 The only downside is the noise in the morning. Either from guests getting ready, or from cleaning. Most likely the latter. We were completely satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it
