They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back."

Because the hotel is environmentally friendly, it provides recycled glass bottles of water. However, there is a 24-hour supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy it. The price is not expensive. If we come to Madrid next time, we will choose this hotel again, but we hope that the hotel front desk can strengthen its service attitude. It would be better if one of the employees is more friendly. The other employees are pretty good."

"The location is good as it’s very central. The room was a bit small but it was on discount and the facilities were alright. We had a bathtub and had no problem going around Madrid. It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see. Either ways it’s not a resort so I think the experience was good"
