The location is good, between two stations, and the environment is quiet. The B&B facilities are a bit old. The bathroom door handle is broken, and the light bulb was broken on the second day of my stay. Otherwise, everything is fine. The small studio has everything you need, including laundry facilities.

I didn't expect the hotel apartment on the last day of my trip to Spain to be so amazing. It was simply amazing. It really feels like "home". The apartment provides everything you want, you can watch TV and play games, practice yoga, cook steak, ice wine, and even go to the gym. Opposite the downstairs is the market where you can buy all kinds of fresh ingredients. The room is warm and tidy, the design is simple and elegant, and the space is large. The three of us lived in two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. In short, it is very cost-effective. Service: Specialists are available to help you check in during working hours. If you arrive early, you will be provided with a dedicated luggage storage box, which is very considerate. Remember to check your email after booking. You can check in in advance to avoid being unable to get in when you arrive!

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station. There is a big supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. The design is acceptable. The service was good. The elevator had minor problems from time to time but they were quickly fixed. Luggage storage is available.

The Trip.com listing said there was a dishwasher, but there was none, and the very small sink made for a difficult long-term stay. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies and we were not able to change rooms, but the staff were very friendly. The sound of the washing machine and dishwasher in the next room was loud until late at night, the cleaning of the equipment was poor and moldy water had accumulated on the pot lids, and it was too far to walk from Atocha station, so it was half-baked in every respect. However, I liked the staff's service and the direction this hotel chain is aiming for, so I would like to use it again in other cities if I have the opportunity. I will not use Madrid again.

The room is not very big but very comfortable, with complete and new facilities. There is a market downstairs, which is convenient for cooking. It is 900 meters away from the train station, which is still a bit far to walk. It is convenient to take the subway to the Royal Palace. The Madrid 10-trip subway card can be used by multiple people, which is more convenient.
