Nice place to stay in Madrid. Location is great and you can walk everywhere. Room was really clean and tidy and big enough for short stay. There was no reception but you could reach Staff 24/7 and service was always fast and friendly. Good value for your money.

Small and cute, but very problematic check-in and odd things like you get a coffee maker but no capsules to use it. Lack of reception and multiple codes for everything not ideal.

Apartment located in Gran Via, very central location for those wishing to visit Madrid. Excellent communication with the facility. The girl was very kind and super helpful for anything. The online check-in and check-out methods were clear right away. Our apartment was large and equipped with all comforts from the kitchen to the bathroom. The shower was huge and super efficient, the small sink awkward. Negative note the lack of bidet but probably they don't go in Spain… Very comfortable beds, excellent soundproofing of the rooms. Well done!!! Thank you

A phenomenal stay. The apartment has an ideal location, cleanliness is a 10, and the service is wonderful (as always). They brought me a charger at 8am so I could charge my phone before I got to catch the bird back to my city! A most professional attention.
