位於臨近王宮，西班牙廣場與Plaza Mayor的優良位置，新近裝修的樓房，寬敞乾淨的房間，周到的室內器具設備安置，明亮的高挑落地窗與小陽台，高效有序的營運管理，極為滿意的兩夜停留。但這是個類似AirBnb的無人接待客房系統，訂房後需要接收管理公司發來的電子郵件，預先作網上入住登記，入住當天才能接到管理公司直接發來的門鎖密碼。不知為什麼攜程完全沒有居中協調的安排，出行前一天用攜程聯繫業主電話以英文聯繫後，才知道以上過程，網上登記時，攜程的9位酒店確認號數字又與10-11碼要求不符，無法登錄，多次電話聯繫才解決。當天不能提前入住或寄留行李，乾等到下午三點，但其後一切順利。

It's a good location, close to the Metro and Grand Ave. There are several Chinese restaurants/supermarkets close by. Also, Carrefour, we will repurchase groceries at home for the last few days and cook. Quiet and clean place!

The property was exactly like in the pictures very spacious and clean. The area is quite and nice. The only problem we faced was when we arrived no one was there to help us and we had to manage ourselves. The contact number was not even Spanish se we struggled a lot however after that everything was fine. I would definitely comeback now that I know the property is nice and it’s close to the city.

Bon séjour, apparemment très bien placé pour une soirée au théâtre coliseum!
La literie est cependant à revoir notamment pour le canapé et le lit simple.
