The worst hotel in the Eurostars chain: - advertising that is almost misleading (nothing to do with the photos on the hotel website that only chooses the best rooms with retouched views?), terrace that is difficult to access from room 602 with passable soundproofing and a cramped shower room where two people meeting is a real feat, an office space barely larger than a laptop - no recognition of Startraveler gold status, - a shameful breakfast where the pastries are not fresh, or even dry, the scrambled eggs are rather boiled, the fruit is unripe (watermelons, melon and pineapple) in the middle of the summer season when the markets are full of strawberries, peaches and others, poor quality Iberian ham - generally speaking for the hotel, poor and absent management... "de vacaciones" according to the reception - I wanted to leave this overrated establishment and leave this rat trap a day earlier only to be refused the refund of the last of my 5 nights booked at a full price without a package except for the 10% Startraveler discount - a shame when I spend nearly 50 nights a year in the chain's establishments; fortunately other establishments like the Eurostars Foro are more customer-oriented than this Ikonik which is not iconic and delivers mediocre service. I can only regret this stay. Value for money compared to the nice hotels within a 300 m perimeter: 0 points

Hotel, central and convenient for getting around, clean room, friendly staff. The room had a safe and a comfortable kettle with everything you need to prepare tea or coffee. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but it was available.

Fabulous hotel and very well located. When you see the facade you don't expect to find that hotel. The room was very good with views of Gran Vía from two central and two side windows. Very attentive staff. The hotel clean. They have fruit, croissants, water and milk at reception for a snack. Very varied breakfast with views of Gran Vía as well. Very central. You don't need a car for anything except to go to the station. We will definitely repeat
