A couple of things I would suggest to improve your customer's experience is to first ensure that the photos of the rooms are accurate. The room I checked in was not the same room in the photo on the website. Second, perhaps put in the exact dimensions of the bed. The bed was too small to fit an adult comfortably. The room was rather claustrophobic, to say the least.

I booked twin room for my adult son & myself only to be given a tiny, windowless room, with a small double bed, and an arrogant and rude landlady who had no interest or concern and had a this is what I've got, we've given out the twin room to earlier arrivals!! Attitude of you didn't book with us so take it up with *******, shocking worse hotel I've ever gone to, just walked out and found an alternative right opposite, Il Castillo, ten times better in every way, and same price, I'm now fighting for a refund.

This was the worst experience ever. Check in supposed to be at 2:00 pm we were there and the place was closed. We were calling multiples times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to pay for another hotel right in front, our plan was to pay one extra night at the other place until we could get a hold of this hotel. We came back next day, they gave us a room, this was the worst experience ever! Room had pee

Wasn’t clean, it was obvious that some other people used the room and wasn’t clean. Wet towels on the floor, the bathroom infested with roaches and fungus and mold everywhere not to mention you can barely fit. Terrible bed, la know basic hygiene. We didn’t stay. This place shouldn’t be in business

Price quality nothing to do with very expensive for a room with two beds, one of them is for a baby and they are also very uncomfortable and noisy, there is no coverage and the water takes a long time to heat up**** they don't even offer towels in short the only thing Good thing it's in Puerta del Sol.

I had the bad luck to stay at this hostel for two nights in July. I confirm everything said in previous comments. It's old, old towels, o****** bathtub, etc etc but that doesn't matter to me because I want the hostel to sleep and shower. The worst thing I took away from my stay is the rudeness of the staff. As soon as I arrived, a Latin American girl with a horrible face opened the door, it made me want to leave. I had a problem with the keys with that same person, the gate key didn't work and she refused to give me another one and also said that she didn't open the door at night, so you were left on the street. It took sweat and tears for him to give me another key, all with the same dog face. I don't understand how customers can be treated so badly. I will never go back there.
