The location is excellent. There are many restaurants next to the shopping street, but it can be a bit noisy at night. Earplugs will be provided. The room facilities are fully equipped and the space is large. It is no problem to cook👍

A truly amazing hotel! The room was very large and very comfortable. The transportation location is excellent. If you like walking, the main attractions can be reached by walking. The only drawback may be that there is less lighting in the living room and it feels a bit dim at night. But the kitchen has a washing machine, which is really perfect!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located on one of the tourist streets. The room is big enough for a family. The staff's service attitude is very good. I will definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

We stayed in one of the two rooftop apartments. Maybe suitable for a long stay, the price is a little higher than what you get, the location is excellent. The apartment requires some maintenance, there is room to improve the balcony and especially to create some shade during the day. The water flow was weak, maintenance is required, the faucet in the sink was loose, the floor in the shower was sticky and there were places of mold on the walls. We understand that the check-in times are from 15:00, but we wrote to the hotel in advance and it seems that they just didn't do anything about it. Strangely, the room was ready exactly at 3:00 PM. It seems that it was possible to coordinate with the cleaning team to prioritize the apartment, maybe it was even ready before but they just didn't bother to check - we expected more understanding on this issue. The apartment requires some maintenance and renovation. The balcony was disappointing, large but less functional and intimate than it appears in the photos. A solution for shade during the day was also missing.

Great location and around 15 minute walk to Paza Mayor. Friendly helpful staff at check-in. Apartments are well designed and bed is comfortable. Shower could be more powerful and some maintenance needed. Can be a little noisy at night. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location near to metro stations and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with cooking facilities and servicing every three days. A plug for kitchen sink would be great, even though we had a dishwasher wine glasses dont fit and had to be hand washed.

I'm not sure why there any high reviews for this hotel. It is a really filthy hole. The only good thing about it, it's location. We found green mold inside the coffee machine, black mold in the bathroom, the kettle did not work, the toilet is super loud, no insulation between rooms or outside, the shower does not drain properly. Check in is in the different building. When we brought this issues to the manager, his reply was "sorry for the inconvenience". Mold and fungus are not inconvenience, but major health hazard. Pictures on the website does not look like the real room. Horrible view from the window. Stay away!

The apartment is a couple of buildings next to a hotel of the same group and it is there that they give you the keys. Location is well in downtown. It is a plus if that is what you are looking for. I was concerned it could be noisy, but it was not. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, metro stations. Location is one of the stars. The apartment itself is large. Large bathroom (no bidet, but it is an B&B thing). The living room was also spacious, and the sofa-bed was even more comfortable than the main room bed. It had a full kitchen and refrigerator (that we did not use). Could be cleaner. It had a strange smell in the hallways when you entered the apartment.

I had a real problem. I could not get the tickets I had just purchaed from a very difficult app and it was all in Spanish, Ainhoa, the night desk clerk, was so gracious and nice that she spent hours assisting me and downloading them to her phone and then forwarding them to me. When the first tries with this difficult app failed, she told me to go upstairs and she would call me. When it still failed, she called the app operator and explained the problem and took care of it. It took her hours and luckilly no one else needed her assitance that late at night. She really went beyond the call of duty or any reasonable effort to help but was insistant that she would get it done for me. As to the place, it is beyong any expectation. The one bedorrom apartment is very large. The living room with exposed beans over white stucco and cathedral cielings opens through three french doors to the terrrace with ample seating and dining furniture that could host a party for 50. The kitchen is lovely and the bathroom is very large and everything is air conditioned and modern. The king bed is very comfortable and the apartment is serviced every three days. On top of all of this the location can't be beat, All of this is for less than a road side hotel room in an average chain in the US. I give it 5 stars at a cost of 2 stars! It's a great choice for your stay in Madrid.

I stayed at this apartment and it was the best experience. It was really cozy and family-like. They even put out board games to play and darts to play with. The location is perfect because the second you go out the building you feel amazed by all the shops and people around you and there is a starbucks which comes in handy for me. Also it's a 2 minute walk to gran via which was all the best shops you can find such as Primark, Zara, Bershka, and more. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying at Madrid.
