What an amazing stay we had at the Madrid Edition. It’s such a beautiful and well appointed hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and have nice amenities. The hotel has an excellent lobby bar, a perfect cocktailbar and a club! We loved everything about it. We will definitely come back!!

This is the BEST Edition I've stayed ever, from the moment I got off the taxi, the staff was so attentive, from checking in to going to my room, everything was seamless. Every staff you meet in the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the hotel is second to none and love the interior design in the hotel. Definitely will stay again

As a hotel that costs 5,000 RMB per night in the off-season, the Madrid edition is very mediocre from interior design to room configuration, very small, and the courtyard rooms have no view, which is much worse than editions in other countries, such as Sanya and London.
