Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city).
They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean.
We will definitely be back.

We was super happy with everything! Super clean! They changed towels and bedding every single day! The breakfast delicious! The staff in the lobby super friendly! We definitely come back 😃👍

Great Hotel, enjoyed our 4 day stay, would definitely recommend this Hotel- friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and very clean and to top it off, really convenient for accessing the Metro trains.

I was really delighted to return to the Atlantico for the first time since March 2020 to find that it had not lost any of the charm and friendliness that contribute in a big way to making it such an ideal place to stay in Madrid. The staff are professional, friendly and courteous, whether front-of-house, housekeeping, the breakfast room or the bar. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, and with roof-top bar terraces being all the rage the Atlantico has its own with views towards the Opera and Royal Palace. I always feel sorry to leave this hotel and I always look forward to returning.

The hotel is perfect to stay in the Madrid's city center. Our room was PERFECT. I loved the decoration and attention to detail. The staff was also amazing. This is now our favorite hotel to stay in Madrid. Highly recommended!
