The hotel has complete facilities ~ considerate service ~ friendly and warm ~
It is worth mentioning the toiletries: L’Occitane’s ~yyds
The service staff also provided considerate turndown service and presented L'Occitane hand cream~very nice~
The room comes with free mineral water~
The only drawback is that the street leading from the hotel to the roadside smells like urine...very disgusting~ (the hotel entrance is in the alley)

We booked two rooms, the sheets in the first room were dirty, and the floor in the next room was dirty again. The water in the kettle in the second room was left over from the previous room and was not cleaned up. In short, the hygiene is very poor, and the hotel lobby is very beautiful.

I absolutely love this hotel! It is clean and so comfortable! The staff is incredible too! The location makes getting around Madrid so easy and convenient! 5 stars and highly recommend! I will definitely be back the next time I visit Madrid!

I went to this place with my kids just to show them a statue of our national hero, Jose Rizal. But then as we stepped in to the hotel, we were mesmerized by the view and on how we were welcomed. Foods are excellent as the service. Highly recommended hotel. Paniguradong babalik kami.Mabuhay at maraming salamat.

I'm not much of a reviewer, but this hotel deserves it. I stayed there with my partner for a weekend and we were amazed by the beautiful decoration but, above all, by the great service it offers. The whole team was concerned at all times to make us feel at home, so they made our anniversary a great experience. We loved the detail of the postcards inside the closet! I would like to congratulate Annia for her kindness at the reception and Nuria for her good recommendations. We will come back for sure! Thank you GHI!

I stayed at the Gran Hotel English with my boyfriend last August. Undoubtedly, the best hotel in the city of Madrid to rest and feel at home. Our room, Preferente category, was literally perfect! Not to mention the incredible treatment we received from all the staff. We will be back without hesitation!
