Walking distance to CBD district, old apartment, old appliances some time does not work. Very helpful hotel staff with very smooth and quick checking checkout process

The hotel looks like an old apartment. There is one bedroom and one living room. The bedroom can sleep two people. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a mini kitchen in the living room. The facilities are relatively old. The elevator door opens outwards. I didn't know how to open the elevator door at first. The air conditioner is very loud.
