The room I was assigned first had dirty bed covers, so I told the front desk and they changed the room. But in the second cabin, claws were rolling around. Apartment hotel but kitchen not well stocked. A kettle would have been nice. Soundproofing for outside (Plaza de Espana) but not so much between rooms.

The location of the property was close to hop on hop off buses as well as local transit (metro and bus). Easy to get anywhere in the city without any trouble. There was a festival going on in the park across the road giving lots of entertainment for our stay.

First problem was checkin was absolutely terrible , they tried to tell me that I had to pay again for the room even though I had a receipt showing them I paid . After a half hour they finally found my reservation . I have to say there was a bad smell in the hotel and when I got to the room it looked absolutely nothing like the photos . Very old and out of date . I was very disappointed especially with this being a fairly expensive 4 star hotel . I would not stay here again

Location was good, close to the Palace, many dining options, shopping and Metro stations. The shower was wonderful with great pressure, really hot water and a rain shower head. Also, had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Our room faced a busy street, but we could not hear any traffic.

This picture represents a premium room not the regular old and musty room I had. This hotel needs serious renovations. The breakfast is underwhelming and boring. The staff is so helpful and pleasant. I was very unhappy with the disabled room they gave me and they did move me to a larger but same worn out room.

Great hotel! Good room space and nice view. Reception was very friendly. Location was very good. Property looks as it is pictured. Stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. Photos are of the outside of the hotel and the view from our room.

Hotel very comfortable. Staff very pleasant. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go while in Madrid. Easy access to metro for coming from and to airport.
