Great location for the hotel and the rooms are a good size. The hotel is a little dated and could do with an update.

The hotel is extremely well located but you should not expect great luxury

Right next to Plaza de España, super convenient for going to the airport, attractions or shopping. After buying, you can go back to the hotel to put it away. The subway station is 30 meters away and there is a bus stop next to it. Although it is in a scenic spot, it is not noisy at all. There is also a kitchen refrigerator available.

The room is large and the location is very good. Breakfast is just downstairs when you go out and turn left.

The room I was assigned first had dirty bed covers, so I told the front desk and they changed the room. But in the second cabin, claws were rolling around. When I showed it to the staff, they didn't say sorry, they were annoying and asked if it was okay after changing the room. When I tried to check the bed covers, he screamed and said, "Are you trying to occupy the whole hotel?" He got angry at me for saying it was the third room, so I said that you should be sorry because I was so dumbfounded. Then he said that he didn't do the cleaning, so there's nothing to be sorry about. I was so absurd at the tyranny of the front desk staff who didn't have the basics, but I had no choice but to stay in that room, and after taking a shower at night, I was shocked to see the condition of the towels again. Well, there were two luggage stickers attached to the towel. If you wash towels, it's impossible. The next day, I requested an early check-out through Trip.com and requested a refund for the remaining days, but the hotel shamelessly refused. Since they changed rooms twice, they claim that they have done their job. Changing the room was because there was a defect, and the more you changed, the bigger the problem was. There was no apology even after making them go through unspeakably dirty and unpleasant things. This is the first time I've experienced a rude hotel that yells at customers and gets angry. They didn't refund the rest of the stay, so I had to ruin my trip to Madrid and spend the rest of the time in a hellish hotel. The mattress was not covered with a cover, but only covered with a short cover, so when you sit down, the cover lifts up and the mattress is exposed. I couldn't stand the dirty mattress, so I asked the maid for a cover, and there was a cover for the mattress. The cover is not properly used, the cleaning is rough, the towels are not managed, the front desk is shameless and it is the worst hotel. The bathtub is all broken, the door to the room doesn't open properly, and even if the lock on the window is broken, it doesn't seem to have any intention of fixing it. I pointed out that it was because it was a long time ago, but on the contrary, he proudly said. It seems that the old and broken hotel is mistaken for some kind of antique. It must be a hotel that has never had the spirit of customer service.

Super friendly staff, unbeatable location and very good value for money.

Apartment hotel but kitchen not well stocked. A kettle would have been nice. Soundproofing for outside (Plaza de Espana) but not so much between rooms.

The location of the property was close to hop on hop off buses as well as local transit (metro and bus). Easy to get anywhere in the city without any trouble. There was a festival going on in the park across the road giving lots of entertainment for our stay.

First problem was checkin was absolutely terrible , they tried to tell me that I had to pay again for the room even though I had a receipt showing them I paid . After a half hour they finally found my reservation . I have to say there was a bad smell in the hotel and when I got to the room it looked absolutely nothing like the photos . Very old and out of date . I was very disappointed especially with this being a fairly expensive 4 star hotel . I would not stay here again

can't use their wi-fi at all, no way to get hooked up. when we checked in the front desk clerks were not friendly

Location was good, close to the Palace, many dining options, shopping and Metro stations. The shower was wonderful with great pressure, really hot water and a rain shower head. Also, had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Our room faced a busy street, but we could not hear any traffic.

This picture represents a premium room not the regular old and musty room I had. This hotel needs serious renovations. The breakfast is underwhelming and boring. The staff is so helpful and pleasant. I was very unhappy with the disabled room they gave me and they did move me to a larger but same worn out room.

Great hotel! Good room space and nice view. Reception was very friendly. Location was very good. Property looks as it is pictured. Stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. Photos are of the outside of the hotel and the view from our room.
