Espahotel is in a great location right on Gran Vía. Also only steps to the Metro and bus lines. The room was wonderful, really a junior suite. Great for the price!!
The only problem was that the air conditioning was inconsistent. Sometimes it didn’t cool and sometimes it was too cold.

Good value for money for one or two nights. Close to Plaza de Espana metro and ideally situated to visit Barrio Malasana.
The room was spacious, clean on comfortable.

I thought it was an old, run-down apartment, but it turned out to be quite large. The room is a bit old but well maintained, with everything you need. I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. The location is very good, very close to the subway station and the old town. I highly recommend this hotel, which is relatively cheap on Gran Vía and in very good condition.

Very positive hotel especially for the location to the main sites of interest and entrance to the subway. My 5 year old daughter was granted free stay including breakfast.
