Nice location, quite old fashioned. Personal is kind. The Room is small, old decor and with AC doing too much noise. Carpet all around the place. Without enough sockets and no USB. For parking, only can access small cars, mine is a Passat and couldn’t be parked on their own, nevertheless there is one just on the side, inconvenient for taking luggage as the hotel doesn’t have a front door space for unloading luggage.

The Hotel has probably stopped in the 1980s to add anything in terms of development and refurbishment. The room itself with a carpet full of zones of different shadings, old furniture with scratches, a bed where the substruction seemed to be dismantled and far to short for the kingsize bed being booked. The bathroom showed mildew in corners of the bathtub, cracks at the wall, an old wodden toilet lid on top of the ceramic. Also, beside the "Hardware" the service at breakfast was a shame, unfriendly and not custom like. This is the worse hotel I ever was in my life (Hundreds so far) and I don't have any idea why anyone would rate that place for stay with 4 stars instead of max. 2

Super recommended! Nice staff, reception available 24/7 perfect for late check-in. Few blocks from public transport straight to city center. Nice neighborhood, perfect for a 2-day stay Good variety in breakfast.

Ruben at the front desk was awesome! I everything was perfect from checking to checkout. Location is good and rooms are big for Madrid. The I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that might want to stay here long or just a quick stay like we did!

La ubicación está bastante bien y las habitaciones y baños son grandes. Por lo antiguo que es, diría que es un hotel 4 estrellas venido a menos, pero creo que eso se refleja de forma adecuada en el precio. Tiene dos problemas: que las paredes son de papel y se oye TODO de las habitaciones de al lado. Además, el wifi es muy lento, especialmente a ciertas horas pico, por lo que supone un GRAN problema para trabajar. Les faltan repetidores o amplificadores de señal. Ah, y unos secadores del año de la polca que se sobrecalientan a los 15 segundos de usarlos. Lo mejor son las recepcionistas y las personas de la limpieza: MUY atentas, resolutivas, amables y serviciales. Es algo inusual y su trato hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más agradable, a pesar de varios problemas que tuvimos con el hotel.

Hotel viejo. Moquetas y baños con suciedad. No apetece nada andar descalzo por si pillas algo. No dan comidas ni cenas, y el lobby es prácticamente inexistente. No debería tener 4 estrellas. Además de ser caro en mi opinión. Para pasar una noche y no más.

L’accueil est très professionnel, tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres qui donnent sur l’extérieur sont très spacieuses, l’ameublement par contre est un peu juste. Il manque la possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café, et pas de table. La literie est correcte. L’insonorisation est inexistante, on entend les voisins tousser, parler, on comprend presque ce qu’ils disent sans faire d’effort. Les installations sont vétustes, la moquette douteuse. Les fenêtres mal isolées.
