Nice location, quite old fashioned. Personal is kind. The Room is small, old decor and with AC doing too much noise. Carpet all around the place. Without enough sockets and no USB. For parking, only can access small cars, mine is a Passat and couldn’t be parked on their own, nevertheless there is one just on the side, inconvenient for taking luggage as the hotel doesn’t have a front door space for unloading luggage.

The Hotel has probably stopped in the 1980s to add anything in terms of development and refurbishment. The room itself with a carpet full of zones of different shadings, old furniture with scratches, a bed where the substruction seemed to be dismantled and far to short for the kingsize bed being booked. The bathroom showed mildew in corners of the bathtub, cracks at the wall, an old wodden toilet lid on top of the ceramic. Also, beside the "Hardware" the service at breakfast was a shame, unfriendly and not custom like. This is the worse hotel I ever was in my life (Hundreds so far) and I don't have any idea why anyone would rate that place for stay with 4 stars instead of max. 2

Super recommended! Nice staff, reception available 24/7 perfect for late check-in. Few blocks from public transport straight to city center. Nice neighborhood, perfect for a 2-day stay Good variety in breakfast.

Ruben at the front desk was awesome! I everything was perfect from checking to checkout. Location is good and rooms are big for Madrid. The I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that might want to stay here long or just a quick stay like we did!

The location is quite good and the rooms and bathrooms are large. For how old it is, I'd say it's a run down 4 star hotel, but I think that's adequately reflected in the price. It has two problems: the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door. Also, the wifi is very slow, especially at certain peak times, so it is a BIG problem to work. They lack repeaters or signal amplifiers. Oh, and dryers from the year of the polka that overheat within 15 seconds of using them. The best thing are the receptionists and the cleaning people: VERY attentive, decisive, kind and helpful. He is somewhat unusual and his treatment made our stay much more pleasant, despite several problems we had with the hotel.

Muy bien situado, cerca del centro de Madrid, en una zona tranquila del barrio, con bares y restaurantes muy cerca. Habitación muy grande, con el detalles de botellas de agua en la nevera. Baño amplio, aunque necesita retoques, se ha quedado anticuado como el resto de la decoración que no hace mejor o peor la estancia pero la habitación en los colores de la madera se ve oscura.

Hotel viejo. Moquetas y baños con suciedad. No apetece nada andar descalzo por si pillas algo. No dan comidas ni cenas, y el lobby es prácticamente inexistente. No debería tener 4 estrellas. Además de ser caro en mi opinión. Para pasar una noche y no más.
