The location is very convenient, close to all attractions, and the surrounding area is very good.
When I checked in, the store upgraded me to a family room because there were no small rooms, which can be used by two adults and two children. The bathroom details are very good. If there are children taking a bath in it, there is a bell to press, which is a thoughtful design.

The hotel is next to a busy shopping street, and you can walk to famous attractions in 10-15 minutes: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro Park, museums, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The nearest subway stations are Callao and Gran Via, which are more than 20 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. The location is great, right in the busiest area, but quiet in the middle of the city, no noise at all. The British Palace is nearby, and you can walk everywhere. I stayed in Madrid for three nights and never took the bus. I highly recommend it. It is a hotel converted from an old house. Because it is off-season, the price is particularly good.
