Super well located, Legazpi or Cuzco metro. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Unbeatable reception staff. We will return and recommend.

Very well located, clean and cozy

Everything was very good but the cleaning was a little weak.

I am apart of Vaughantown volunteers and this hotel is where the bus picks us up to take us to the destinations. The staff is wonderful and they are very helpful directing us to the restaurants in the area. There is a snack bar and a vending machine in the basement for snacks

Upon arrival, Juan and his colleague greeted us at the reception, they were very friendly and explained everything we needed. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds and clean. Next to the Cuzco metro stop. Very good area. You must leave a deposit of €200 and clean up the kitchen and throw away the trash before leaving. We only stayed one night, but without a doubt, we will repeat on our next visit to the capital

An apartment with everything you need. I couldn't enjoy the great pool. The treatment, excellent. And the unbeatable location, close to the business area and with bars and cafes. I will repeat without a doubt.

Apartment located outside the city center, but 5 minutes from the CUZCO metro exit and above all 100 m from a market crossroads open 7/7 24/24. It is well soundproofed, very comfortable bedding and very good pillows. Even the sofa bed has a very decent mattress for teenagers. A maintenance kit is provided with dishwasher tablets, household products, sponges and tea towels, knowing that we are asked to only clean the kitchenette area and empty the trash. Otherwise, finally a decent hair dryer!! And it's rare... Mixed point, the toilets are in the bathroom Finally, the swimming pool on the roof is shallow (1m) and not wide, but really has the merit of refreshing, especially in the SPANISH city center. Tip for parking: we booked online, in the ORENSE underground car park in front of the apartment, and it's almost 30% cheaper than directly on site

We went with 2 children and the experience was very good. The apartment has a very nice decoration, made of wood. It is very clean and has all kinds of kitchen utensils. It is quiet, you cannot hear the street or noises from the adjacent rooms. As an improvement I would say that you could reserve a parking space in advance, but if you don't have one there is a public parking in front. Friendly staff.

Very satisfied with our stay! We had booked an apartment for 4 people: spacious, clean, decent bedding! Gracious and pleasant staff. The hotel is located next to a metro station, there is a Carrefour market and a small Auchan just downstairs. Personally we recommend, everything was perfect!

Frankly, I didn't have great references when I made the reservation but I have to say that they surprised me for the better. It was much better than I expected with spacious rooms, a more than complete kitchen, etc. I will surely repeat

THE WORST ATTENTION I have seen from security, chatting with the secretaries instead of doing their job, despite asking them more than three times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DISRESPECT AND MOCKING BY THE STAFF. FATAL.

Please note the swimming pool is not open all the time! We booked this hotel expressly for its swimming pool. But in September the swimming pool is closed even though it is still very hot in Madrid!! And of course this is not noted anywhere when booking! The receptionist tells us that summer is over so the swimming pool is closing.... And that this is marked on Booking.com.....except that we booked directly on the pierre et vacance website. Customer service told us that we had to look for the information on the site and that we had to call the hotel first!!! It’s our fault! Do a thorough study before booking a hotel now a priori. On top of that, the cleaning is half done!! The bed made again but without change of sheets.... Knowing that cleaning is only done once. In short, a great disappointment especially when you pay a high price to have access to the swimming pool and it is closed! Knowing that the hotel is far from the center. Thanks for ruining our vacation Pierre et vacance
