Disappointed. Has a rubbish collection point just outside our window, where at 12:00 night there are lots of noise generated by truck collecting the rubbish. The air conditioner is not clean for a long time, could see quite lots of dirt inside. No service at all. You need to use whatsapp to contact service or make complaints. We lived for 5days and need to deal with rubbish by ourselves. No laundry service or washing machine. fortunately there is a laundry shop near. Only 4big lockers and 6 small lockers for.whole hotel and always full. We need to tow our luggages with us after checkout.

Location very good, just 5 mins walk to the shopping area. Department store just next door, very nice area. Everything is walkable distance. =)

Lovely! This is a very nice place for travel, everything is clean and insanely huge space, I am having a great time.

I enjoyed the stay overall, the studio rooms are very comfortable but the customer service is all virtual so they don't have personalized assistance in my opinion, it's good but I would have liked someone to be physically at the reception. 👍🏻

Since I arrived early, I couldn't store my luggage first, so I had to go to the street with a lot of luggage and wait until 3 o'clock before I could check in. This is a really bad experience! ! There was a strong musty smell when you entered the room. You had to spray perfume to barely cover it up, but after being out for a whole day, the musty smell returned again. However, the facilities are quite complete, there are cooking equipment and tableware, and the TV can also be connected to the phone for playback.
