Booked a room for 3 people, but was actually given a double room. On-site negotiation showed that the triple room had the same specifications as the double room, but the room was very small and did not have a third bed. Negotiated to refund 1 person, but Ctrip did not respond and kept dragging it out until I checked out. Both Ctrip and the hotel gave bad reviews and I will not book again. I will only choose ** in the future.

説是古堡酒店 價格3000左右
默認為不會太差了
結果到了跟災難一樣 我們定的是行政房有景觀的那種
把我們分配到五樓（最高層）樓頂 我和我老公一進去就要求換房間（一股嚴重的狐臭味道 實在受不了）服務員説只有二間這樣房型 飛了15小時 也確實無力反抗了 就住下了
我在吐槽一下具體內容 床是絕對不行的 二個軟度不一致的床拼接在一起的 我們睡了二天加上長途飛機身體是劇痛的 水只有一瓶 每天
因為這個酒店討厭馬德里 也討厭攜程
我和攜程反應了這個情況 攜程回覆已經住的所以沒有辦法 （我個人認為這種管理方式是無比落後和不負責任 也值得管理者深思的 如果所有的邏輯是因為已經消費了 無計可施 那麼貴平台不是偏向的信任騙取媽）
