Location is amazing, just in the heart of the old city and very close to the metro. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The room was simple and clean. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low though. Very good breakfast buffet.

Can't beat this property's location and value for your money. It's right there in the middle of Gran Via and yet it's perfectly quiet for a good night's sleep. Can get anywhere in Madrid on foot, metro or bus. The room is modern and spacious to Spanish standards.

This hotel is perfect! Check in was easy, the room was gorgeous and smelled so good! Everything was clean, they give you courtesy water, hygiene products and even sleepers. It’s a two minute walk from the metro station and La Gran Via. Highly recommended!

Good location. , eco friendly but lacked any amenities . Very sp**** room with no side tables no clock not front lobby . There are plenty of real 4 star hotels nearby.
