We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late.
Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night.
The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Clean and we were offered an upgrade for a mere 12 Euros. Beautiful room. The breakfast was fantastic! Worth every penny! Highly recommend this hotel! Perfect! Not so far away from the center with local transport. Also really close to the terminals. Free shuttle service on time! Great.

When I entered the room I was staying in, I saw that the door was broken. I hope he wouldn’t ask for my deposit. Everything else was good. I can recommend it.

The room was very clean, the front desk service was very friendly, and it took a long time for the front desk to find the Ctrip order. The only bad thing about checking in at midnight was that it was very close to Madrid Airport, and taking a taxi was not cost-effective.
