The location is good. I booked this hotel to watch the Real Madrid game. On the day of check-in, I met Sevilla players checking in. However, there were a lot of people that day and the lobby was a bit chaotic. The hotel parking fee is slightly high, 33 euros per night. The hotel breakfast is very good.

The room is relatively large, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and patient, helping us print documents. The hotel has a rich breakfast and a good restaurant environment. The only drawback is that there is a swimming pool, which is actually a spa.

A dream getaway. My partner and I spent our 4th anniversary at this hotel and the choice couldn't have been better. We booked a premium room that included the VIP and the SPA and we enjoyed it like little kids. The facilities and services are 10 out of 10 and make your stay magical. The only thing that disappointed me when working in the hospitality sector was the staff. I felt that the staff did not match the status of the hotel, they were unprofessional. They could improve a lot and be in tune with or in the same dynamic as the hotel. In any case, for me the stay was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend everyone to book a premium room because it is a unique experience.

It's right next to the Bernabeu Stadium, the VIP area is inside the hotel, the breakfast is rich, and the fitness equipment is complete. The only problem is that the room facilities are a bit old. I will definitely stay here again next time.

They should change some things in the Lounge, the armchairs and low tables are uncomfortable, the waitress knelt on the floor to clean it and serve us.
Very excessive price of drinks, even if you don't know where it is, and they don't have a visible price list.
We asked for a large bed when booking and they gave us 2 small ones.
