Vincci Soma

The room is clean, but it is smaller than in China. The transportation is convenient. It is in the city center and it is convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is rich and can adapt to all tastes.

The location of the hotel was very good and it was convenient to go anywhere. I didn't have high expectations because the price was cheap, but the hotel was clean and the staff were very kind.

I don't often write reviews, but in this case I would like to give one. I have known the Vincci Soma for many years, I used to put visitors there as I lived in Madrid for a long time, and now I was a guest there myself. It is amazing that, although the hotel has probably not been renovated since then, everything is really tip top. There are no stains or signs of age anywhere. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size, the furnishings are comfortable. The relatively low price is probably due to the fact that they save on unnecessary frills. No toothbrush, no shoehorn, no cotton pads, who needs those on a trip? (We actually didn't have a toothbrush with us, but we got one with a friendly smile from reception), but soap, shampoo etc. are there. The staff are extremely friendly and everything is really clean. But the highlight is the breakfast for around €15. There really is everything, and it's of the highest quality: several homemade cakes, Pasteis de Nata, various croissants and Danish pastries, churros with hot chocolate, various breads, jams, etc., good cheese, sausage, the best Spanish ham, egg dishes (variants made fresh on request), tortilla (normal and with sobrasada), warm vegetables, sausages, etc. The focus of everything is on Spain, i.e. Spanish cheese, etc. This list could go on and on. It's really impressive. So all in all a great experience. And no - I'm not an influencer and I don't get any money, this is my honest opinion and I have a lot of travel experience when it comes to four and five star hotels.
