Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic, but I wasn't planning on using it bar to sleep with such to do in Madrid! Safely stored my luggage after check out and helpful with recommendations.

With no refrigerator on the room, place looses a lot in comfort.

The location is very advantageous. It is adjacent to 2 subway stations and can reach Puerta del Sol in 3 minutes' walk. There are also 24-hour supermarkets nearby. Overall the hotel is very good and highly recommended.

There is heating and hot air conditioning which is very nice. The safe is too small for a personal computer. The floor in the bathroom is cracked. Although it is not particularly obvious, there are several cracks visible to the naked eye. Then, this location is relatively close to the street, so it will be very noisy.

It has a great location, must places are walkable. Rooms are extremely small, no refrigerator and they don't have air conditioning, it's very noisy outside, almost impossible to sleep a few hours. The place has a weird smell. It's not worth the price.

This hotel is in a fabulous location however the hotel needs a deep clean and redecorating. There is a smell of old stale cigarette smoke when you leave the lift on floor 3. The beds had clean sheets on them and clean towels were provided daily. The bathroom door is glass and was absolutely filthy we could see old hand prints at the top of it and other marks. The bathroom floor is wood or laminate and had risen in some places maybe due to water from shower or sink when standing in front of the sink you felt like the floor was going to cave in. The sealant around the shower was old and mouldy. The wallpaper in the room is old and the curtains were musty and unclean. The floor on the bedroom also needs a deep clean. I felt that the cleaner made the bed, cleaned the sink , emptied the small bin and that was it. The breakfast in the café downstairs is good

Hotel with perfect location, Friendly staff at the front office, check-in process took no time, I’ve asked for a twin rooms and I got what I asked for, Rooms are clean, there is a nice coffee shop connected to the hotel. The only inconvenience I faced was having a room right in front of the housekeeping pantry (Room 107), it was quite noisy to be honest especially in the early morning…other than that all went well

The rooms as of June 2022 are extremely dated, eg they have ethernet ports but no USB ports. Who is using an ethernet port in 2022? The woodwork is showing its age and the shower unit in my room had clearly fallen off at one point and was repaired with plasterwork over the shower tiles. The amenities are basic even for a 3-star hotel, eg there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room, not even a kettle. No vending machine on the property but there is a 24-hour Carrefour nearby for basic things. Air conditioning was effective but not strong. Continental breakfast in the restaurant for 10 € was a good deal, but food was average for the price of course. The only upside to staying here is the price for the location, helpful staff and the fact that it's an otherwise reasonably well maintained (but dated with repaired defects) 3-star hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I had to find a last-minute location in the centre. But I will look elsewhere in future. If you need a very basic 3-star hotel in the centre of Madrid this fits the bill, just know you get what you pay for.

Very good hotel! I recommend it, it is steps from the Gran Via, super location...the reception staff are excellent and very friendly. Cleaning very well! The standard size room and bathroom. Great to spend a few days. Without hesitation I would return!

The location of this hotel is magnificent, just a few meters from Gran Vía and Callao. Comfortable beds, everything very clean. The receptionists are great, they kindly let us leave our bags before and after our stay. Totally recommended

Very central hotel is on a corner in front of the Primark on the Gran Via. The rooms are very clean and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Special mention for Miguel, the very friendly and helpful receptionist who helped us with everything we asked for. I will repeat when I return to Madrid, super good price quality.
