The hotel is old and rundown. There was a strange smell in the hallway. No complimentary water but only small two pieces of chocolate cake with a rotted strawberry which I wouldn't dare to eat. The price and quality did not match. I will consider other hotel next time. I choose it because of the location which is close to the hotel I stayed earlier so I can pick up my stored luggage easier.

Really dirty. Mercure hotels are usually reliable but not this time.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. One con is the walls are paper thin; I get awakened from other people’s alarms.

Good location, excellent service, very clean! Room is small for the price and no carpet in the room, no coffee machine. Noise insulation is bad, we heard people walking on the upper floor (also due to lack of carpet) and TV from the neighbors rooms. Breakfast is OK, but for 4 star hotel can be richer. Coffee machine - "American" style

The room is not very soundproof. The facilities are old. The hotel buffet breakfast is terrible, but the location is convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the museum and Retiro Park, the breakfast is good, but the bed is a bit small

The triple room was okay. The room was small but the location was good. It was very close to the Prado Museum and there were a lot of restaurants around. The room is half soundproof and I can hear people snoring at night.

The room is relatively small and the soundproofing is very poor. The advantage is that the location is excellent. Turn left and cross the road to the Prado. It is also close to the Retiro and Thyssen

The room was clean and hygienic. There were free drinks. The location was convenient, next to the Prada Museum and Retiro Park. It was within walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended!
