Very clean and modern design, facilities are new and well prepared. The bathroom is especially spacious. Has toothbrush and shampoo Breakfast is delicious, have to try the ham! Yummy! Nearby the metro and bus station, normally take 30mins to attractions Not many restaurants nearby Disadvantages: Air conditioner can only control wind not temperature A little smell of newly decorated room Bathroom hardware is new but seems not last long Highly recommend

This has been renovated in the morning for two consecutive days, the sound was very annoying. The wifi was totally not working in the room. And the cleaner broke into our room twice while we were still sleeping.

Great beds!!! Loads of space in both the rooms and bathroom.

Best hotel for quality and pricing in east Madrid

They didn’t provide slippers. Its unacceptable.

The metro station nearby (El Carmen) has no escalator or lift. We had to carry our baggage up the stairs. We had no internet access from the hotel wifi but the front desk lady was unable to help. She was also not helpful when there was a power outage in the entire hotel at around 7 am.

It's much better than expected. The hotel should have been renovated in recent years. The room is a little smaller, but it's compact, clean and warm. My favorite is this window. Through the tulle, you can see the breeze swaying the green leaves, and then the blue sky is really beautiful. I feel a little lucky to see it every day when I open my eyes. The location is also very good. It feels quiet in a residential area. It's 1 minute from the door to the El Carmen subway station on Line 5, and there is a bus stop. A few stops will get you to the downtown area~ The lady in the lobby bar is very nice. I have to drink two glasses of wine every night before I can bear to go back to the room to sleep. The front desk is also very good and helped to print the tickets for free. Recommended~ I will book again next time I come to Madrid

We have only been there to sleep and shower, we have not tried the food, everything was very good.

The hotel room is very big, 7-8 minutes walk from the bullring, 3 minutes walk to a Carrefour, 2 minutes to the subway station, very convenient for dining and transportation. There are 2 bottles of mineral water and 1 bottle of soda water in the room for free, but the Wi-Fi signal is not very good. The bed is very comfortable and very quiet.

The environment and facilities are very new and clean. The room is in an Instagram-style milky white color. The hotel has convenient transportation and there is a subway station on Line 5 just outside the door.
