Nice hotel. Everyone at the reception was very friendly. About 15 min from the airport. The only thing is that in the room the wifi is not good, the only way to get connection was to stand by the door, but no signal inside the room. Also, there were other people’s hair on the towels and towel rack when I arrived. The bathroom was big and comfortable.

Easy to get around, the train station is just two minutes walking distance, the room is cozy and clean,  the most important for me is cleanliness ~~~
Would absolutely stay here again when I come Madrid~

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and located close to the metro station. Breakfast was nice but the buffet options were limited beyond fruit, cured meats and eggs. Difficult for vegetarians to eat much beyond fruit. Amenities were also good however there was no body lotion which was disappointing considering it is a four star hotel. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel, relatively near the airport and the actual street that the hotel is on has several restaurants, cafes, big grocery chains, and is located in a fairly central area of Madrid, hotel breakfast is only 16 euros and quite good too

This is a good hotel located right next to the subway line 5, El Carmen, that takes you in several stops to the heart of Madrid as in Gran Via and Chueca stations. The hotel is very clean, rooms are well illuminated, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and front desk staff are friendly and approachable. My only recommendation would be to replenish drinking water bottles every day, it is cheap and it makes the hotel look good.

It’s a perfect place to stay, nearby subway, major restaurants and extremely convenient to go around anywhere. Besides room was very nice and super clean.

Very good. The hotel is clean and amenities are great. The location is good as well. The metro is close. Traveling by bus only takes 30mins to the city.
