Very central. We had 2 rooms; 1 double and another triple. We had to ask to be moved to the triple room because the handle on the window was broken and could not be opened. At first he told us that it was broken and that was it, but when we told him to give us another room or another solution, they assigned us another room, it was possible I opened the windows but it didn't have a blind, but it is what it is... It has broken and/or old things, it needs some details to be seen. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. We had room 709 and it is very quiet because it faces the back of Calle Gran Vía and next to it is the emergency exit. The staff is good.

The portal is third world, it is impossible to sleep a wink, you can completely hear everything, the doorbell does not stop ringing all night and even though the room is at the back, at 7.30 in the morning the cleaner shouts to take things from the room. cleaning because something had fallen by slamming the door, we asked for the towels in the afternoon and they said they were drying and they didn't have any so they would bring them to us. We arrived at the room at 12:30 at night and they weren't there, we had to go look for them, which The only good thing is the location, we won't go back and it's not cheap to be so shabby.

Very bad, they canceled my reservation on the same day of the check while I was traveling on the way to Madrid without any explanation... You can't leave people stranded on the same day they travel and they don't even apologize... Also forcing them to look for another last minute accommodation having to pay more something above.

Apart from that, the good cleanliness of the room detracts, it was spotless, but apart from that it is horrible, in the sense that it is very difficult to sleep there, they have a super loud bell that each of the guests uses... that is With each person who arrives when you are asleep you will wake up... the paper walls, you can even hear the conversations of the guests in the adjoining rooms... another thing to highlight is the staff, quite rude... You don't feel welcomed anywhere... on the contrary, you seem to ask for a favor every time you talk to them, something that in the end you choose to avoid. I leave the last and most juicy thing for last, it is a 9-story hostel building and there is only one elevator that can only take 4 people up, INCREDIBLE! If you want to go up you have to wait for it to be free, I mean you can wait a lifetime to be able to use it, to go down... obviously you end up choosing to go down on foot so as not to get old waiting or lose your vacation at the portal...

Disgraceful room very dirty, dirty sheets full of hair and stains. Dirty floor. Towels torn. We had to ask to change the sheets, there was no one, we were the ones who changed. A shame. €360 without breakfast and not even a bottle of water in the room. Air conditioning lies only in advertising. Run as we run.
