Good value for money. Cleanliness, seriousness and professionalism stand out. The young people who manage it are committed to their clients. It is next to the Gran Vía. Totally recommended. I always stay there when I'm passing through for work reasons.

Nothing recommended. Medina mind clean room. Tiny bathroom. In general too old. The worst thing is the noise in the room. You can continuously hear pipes, blows, steps, you can hear the people from the bathrooms next door doing everything…. It is unbearable

No es un hotel para familia con niños. En Agosto, no se puede estar sin aire acondicionado. El personal es agradable y está limpio, pero la habitación triple era muy muy pequeña, sin armario, con un baño muy pequeño y como ya he dicho, sin aire acondicionado y toda la tarde dándole el sol. No se podía estar por el calor, así que tuvimos que irnos a otro sitio sin reembolso, por supuesto.

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del lugar. La habitación que nos prepararon es muy inferior a lo que se ve en las publicaciones de la propiedad en distintas redes sociales. Muebles antiguos sin adecuado mantenimiento, no tiene cofre de seguridad, paredes finas que permiten escuchar a los otros huéspedes de habitaciones cercanas....

Hace una semana estuve en éste hostal.Lo único de bueno es que las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias. La habitación pequeña con el lavabo a los pies de la cama.El baño ,solo un inodoro y un plato de ducha de 70x70 con la mampara cayéndose. No tiene armario sino unos tablones de estantería,una ventana que da a un patio interior y sin cortina,por lo que se ven las habitaciones ,tuvimos que dejar la puerta del baño abierta para que tapara dicha ventana y poder tener algo de intimidad. La relación calidad precio ,juzguen ustedes. Me costó la noche 96 euros.. No entiendo cómo ponen dos estrellas.. No lo recomendaría nunca

Weekend a madrid perfetto.. Struttura in centro super strategica e molto comoda per potersi spostare a piedi o in metro.. Camera comoda e super pulita servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo e cortese.. Siamo arrivati a notte fonda per un ritardo del volo cortesissimi ci hanno atteso fino alle 01 di notte e il giorno della partenza hanno tenuto i nostri bagagli fino a tarda sera.

Lo cogimos por booking y leímos que tenía baño individual, al aceptar la reserva fue todo lo contrario pero tras varias llamadas pudimos solucionarlo pagando un extra, bien porque no había otra opción, está Madrid muy caro aún en esta época. Es un hostal en un edificio antiguo con baño pequeño, habitación normal, lavabo a lado de la cama, ventilador, que eso es un plus y cama regulera. Para lo que lo necesitamos, dormir y ducharse, nos sirvió de sobra, además de su fantástica ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. Además de limpio. La tele se oye mucho, los vecinos nos llamaron la atención teniéndola a un volumen normal. Si no te importa las comodidades, ni lujos, pero si la ubicación, es ideal.
