Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Madrid, even though they don’t offer breakfast however they are friendly enough to insert a breakfast goodie bag at my door step and the hotel offers free flow drink bars that have coffee and juice for 24/7. And what’s most surprising is they allow earlier checkin without any further charges

Location excellent. Room very good - clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. The coffee corner an excellent facility- open 24 hours. Breakfast left on each door- a lovely touch.

Perfect location close to Plaza Mayor. A small room but perfect for solo traveling. If you want to spend more time outside it’s perfect. They also leave a bag with some snacks and water at your door which is so sweet. Friendly staff that speaks English too.

The location was great, and since you had to enter a number to enter the room, there was no need to worry about losing your key. The bedding was clean and there was even a small refrigerator. I was really happy that they sprinkled water and bread on the door handle every morning.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, it was clean and tidy, and was cleaned every day. The location is very good. Two subway stations are very close. It is a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol San Miguel and other places. I saw police cars parked nearby several times and it felt safe. The wifi is also very good. The best thing is that there is a 24-hour Coffee Corner, which provides free coffee drinks and hot water, pastries, fruits, self-service, and a microwave oven. In the morning, the staff will also provide bread donuts and water at the door. It should be noted that their front desk is open until 11 o'clock in the evening. There is a self-service check-in machine after 11 o'clock, and the room can be entered with a password. Areas for improvement: Sound insulation is not good enough (bring earplugs if you have high sleep requirements), there is no elevator Flaws do not hide the advantages, five-star praise

The hotel is very good. Not only is the location excellent, but the service is excellent. There is a coffee corner for guests to enjoy for free, as well as bottled water and snacks every morning. Super central location. priced accordingly. Unfortunately terrible smell in the bathroom. Very nice staff
